Description
本發明是關於一種經塗佈織物,包含由聚合物帶形成之織物,其中織物塗有密封層。本發明更關於一種由沿縱向邊緣黏合形成管狀物之平坦織物形成的管狀袋體。本發明更關於一種包含由沿縱向邊緣黏合形成管狀物之平坦織物形成的管狀袋體之袋子,其含有所述技術之織物。本發明最後關於一種包裝機及填充袋子之方法。此些袋子特定言之在包裝機自身中製造或在安裝於包裝機上游之裝置中製造。為製造袋子,自薄片捲筒取管狀薄片且切下指定長度之管狀薄片並向其提供底部接縫,隨後經由仍敞開之上部填充端填充袋子。填充操作後,將填充端緊密閉合。在機器自身中使袋子成型、填充及接著閉合之包裝機亦稱為成型填充密封機(FFS機,Form Fill Seal machine)。
所用管狀薄片通常由塑膠製成,其提供高不透水性之優點。此在水分敏感性產品之情況下尤其有利。已知袋子之缺點為若其墜落超過某一高度,則其可能會破裂或頂端之焊接縫及/或下端之底部接縫可能會撕裂且產品可能會漏出。除損失所填充之產品外,此可能導致環境之廣泛粉塵污染且甚至可能對人類造成健康危害。
因此,已知具有較高撕裂抗性之袋子可防止袋子壁撕開。此等袋子由例如聚合物帶之編織物組成。此些袋子在包裝工業中具有多種應用,例如用於製造包裝袋。成型為箱形袋之此些包裝袋例如自WO 95/30598 A1及WO 2009/033196 A1已知。其中之織物由聚合物帶組成,其中織物可塗有熱塑性合成材料。織物為在圓形織機上製造之管狀圓形織物或經由縱向焊接或黏合接縫黏合形成管狀物之平坦織物。
此等織物袋亦稱為編織塑膠袋。為了將編織物組態成具有防塵性且可能具有水密性及甚至氣密性,在製造管狀薄片前,可向織物之內部及/或外部表面上提供塗層,此係因為在無任何塗層之情況下,無法在紗線之各交叉處確保防塵性或氣密性密封。
為獲得較好可堆疊性,此等袋子由角撐型管狀薄片製成。在填充前,向此等角撐提供角接縫以得到美觀的磚狀袋子。此等角亦提供較好可運輸性,因為提起袋子之人可使用此等角作為手柄。
發現難以密封由編織聚合物帶製成之此等袋子。為改良可焊性,向管狀薄片之內部表面提供如例如WO 2009/033196 A1中所述之塗層以利於製造焊接縫。此允許焊接封閉袋子以使得內含物密封於其中。然而,缺點為在角撐區域中,管狀薄片之兩個外部側面亦需要焊接。此等側面不具備增加黏著力及利於焊接之任何塗層以致在焊接後在角撐區域中角撐會變得彼此脫離。儘管袋子將會保持緊密密封,但磚狀形狀將不會維持以致可堆疊性較弱。此等情況在運輸及銷售中為顯著缺點。
若對藉由FFS方法所製造之經填充袋子進行墜落測試,則撞擊使得在袋子材料中產生應力,從而產生密封接縫之剝離應力。高強度織物由此在密封接縫中產生高剝離應力,隨後能量可藉由拉伸織物材料而耗散。經得起此等力之密封接縫需要厚而且昂貴的密封層。
一種改良角撐區域中之黏著力的可能選擇為亦在管狀薄片之整個外部表面上提供適合之塗層。然而,缺點為使複雜性顯著增加。
因此,本發明之一目標在於提供一種經塗佈織物,其中減少先前技術之缺點。詳言之,本發明之一目標在於提供一種經塗怖織物,其能夠在無厚而且昂貴的密封層之情況下實現密封。本發明之另一目標在於提供一種包裝機及填充袋子之方法,其中在涉及可接受之複雜性下填充可堆疊袋子。
此等目標由一種經塗佈織物解決,經塗佈織物包含由聚合物帶形成之織物,其中織物塗有密封層,其特徵在於至少一部分的聚合物帶的斷裂韌度小於45 cN/tex、較佳為15 cN/tex至40 cN/tex,且斷裂伸長率大於30%、較佳為40%至90%。
已意外發現含有與習知帶相比具有高韌性及剛好足夠斷裂韌度之帶的編織物在較低應力程度下引起能量耗散且因此在密封接縫上產生較低剝離應力。高伸長率確保高能量耗散程度。

在一較佳實施例中,織物含有經帶及緯帶,其中此些經帶之斷裂韌度小於45 cN/tex、較佳為15 cN/tex至40 cN/tex且斷裂伸長率大於30%、較佳為40%至90%。此發現考慮到,出現之張力在緯線方位上比在經線方向上高(「巴洛公式(Barlow's formula)」)且密封接縫垂直於經線方向且因此主要在經線方向上受到負荷。因此,在一甚至更佳實施例中,緯帶具有傳統或習知特徵,因此緯帶之至少一部分的斷裂韌度及/或斷裂伸長率不同於此些經帶。然而,當然有可能亦使用具有斷裂韌度及斷裂伸長率之緯帶。較佳地,緯帶之至少一部分的斷裂韌度高於(及/或斷裂伸長率低於)經帶。
斷裂韌度小於45 cN/tex、較佳為15 cN/tex至40 cN/tex且斷裂伸長率大於30%、較佳為40%至90%之聚合物帶可由熱塑性材料、尤其由諸如PE(polyethylene;聚乙烯)或PP(polypropylene;聚丙烯)之聚烯烴獲得。最佳聚合物帶由HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)或LLDPE(線性低密度聚乙烯)組成。
在一實施例中,聚合物帶由PE形成。在另一實施例中,PE為HDPE。在另一實施例中,PE為LLDPE。較佳地,PE聚合物之密度為0.930 g/cc至0.970 g/cc,且熔融指數(I2)為0.2 g/10 min至5.0 g/10 min(在190℃下2.16 kg)、較佳為0.3 g/10 min至2.5 g/10 min(在190℃下2.16 kg)。適合樹脂可具有單峰或多峰分子量分佈。
在一實施例中,聚合物帶由PP(PP均聚物)形成。其中PP聚合物之密度為0.90 g/cc至0.92 g/cc,且熔融指數(I2)為1.0 g/10 min至8.0 g/10 min(在230℃下2.16 kg)、較佳為2.0 g/10 min至5.0 g/10 min(在230℃下2.16 kg)。
較佳地,聚合物帶經單軸拉伸以增強斷裂韌度,而總拉伸比設定為1.5至12.0、較佳為2.0至7.0。
在本發明之一實施例中,上述目標更由一種經塗佈織物解決,經塗佈織物包含由聚合物帶形成之織物,其中織物塗有密封層,其中密封劑層由包含至少一種乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物之第一組合物形成。其中,第一組合物之密度為0.905 g/cc至0.930 g/cc、較佳為0.910 g/cc至0.930 g/cc(1 cc=1 cm3
),且熔融指數(I2)為3 g/10 min至20 g/10 min。
在一實施例中,如藉由DSC(Differential scanning Calorimeter;示差掃描熱分析法)所測定,第一組合物之至少一個熔融溫度(Tm)為115℃至135℃、較佳為120℃至130℃。
在一實施例中,至少一種乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物選自由以下組成之群:勻分支乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物、不均勻分支乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物及其組合。
在一實施例中,至少一種乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物為均勻分支乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物與(ii)不均勻分支乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物之組合。在另一實施例中,α-烯烴選自C3-C10 α-烯烴。在另一實施例中,α-烯烴選自丙烯、1-丁烯、1-己烯或1-辛烯。
在一實施例中,第一組合物之熔融指數(I2)為4 g/10 min至15 g/10 min、更佳為5 g/10 min至12 g/10 min(ASTM D-1238-04,條件為190℃/2.16 kg)。
在一實施例中,第一組合物之域克溫度(Vicat temperature)為90℃至110℃、較佳為95℃至105℃。

在一些實施例中,尤其具有PE、HDPE或LLDPE之彼等實施例,密封層可直接附著於織物上。對於一些實施例,例如具有由PP組成之聚合物帶的彼等實施例,宜包括配置於織物與密封層之間的黏著劑層。
對於經塗佈織物之可加工性及足夠強度,證明若聚合物帶之厚度介於20 μm與80 μm之間,則為有利的。此外,密封層及視情況存在之黏著劑層的厚度較佳各自介於5 μm與60 μm之間。
在一實施例中,黏著劑層由包含至少一種基於丙烯之聚合物、較佳丙烯/乙烯互聚物、更佳丙烯/乙烯共聚物之第二組合物形成,且其中,第二組合物之密度為0.860 g/cc至0.930 g/cc,且熔體流動速率(melt flow rate,MFR)為10 g/10 min至35 g/10 min。
在一實施例中,第二組合物之密度為0.865 g/cc至0.925 g/cc且更佳為0.870 g/cc至0.920 g/cc。

基於乙烯之聚合物:適合用於本發明之經塗佈織物中的基於乙烯之聚合物包括(但不限於)基於乙烯之不均勻分支線性聚合物、基於乙烯之均勻分支線性聚合物及均勻分支實質上線性乙烯聚合物(亦即均勻分支長鏈分支乙烯聚合物)、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)或其組合。
不均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物、均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物或均勻分支實質上線性乙烯互聚物通常在其中聚合有至少一種α-烯烴。本文中所使用之術語「互聚物」表示聚合物可為共聚物、三元共聚物或具有一個以上聚合單體之任何聚合物。適用於與乙烯共聚合形成互聚物之單體包括C3-C20 α-烯烴,且尤其為丙烯、1-丁烯、1-戊烯、1-己烯、4-甲基-1-戊烯、1-庚烯及1-辛烯。尤其較佳之共聚單體包括丙烯、1-丁烯、1-己烯及1-辛烯。較佳共聚物包括EP(乙烯/丙烯)、EB(乙烯/丁烯)、EH(乙烯/己烷)及EO(乙烯/辛烯)共聚物。
通常,使用自由基聚合條件在高壓下製備低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。低密度聚乙烯為均聚物,且通常密度為0.91 g/cc至0.94 g/cc、較佳為0.90 g/cc至0.93 g/cc。
不均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物包括(但不限於)乙烯與一或多種C3至C8 α-烯烴之互聚物。不均勻分支乙烯互聚物可使用齊格勒-納塔催化劑系統(Ziegler-Natta catalyst system)來製備。與均勻分支線性及均勻分支實質上線性乙烯互聚物相比,各自由α-烯烴(或共聚單體)共聚合產生之分子量分佈與短鏈分支分佈皆相對廣泛。不均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物可在溶液、漿料或氣相方法中使用齊格勒-納塔催化劑來製備。舉例而言,參見美國專利第4,339,507號,其以全文引用的方式併入本文中。
基於乙烯之不均勻分支線性互聚物與基於乙烯之均勻分支互聚物的不同之處主要為其共聚單體分支分佈。舉例而言,不均勻分支互聚物具有聚合物分子不具有相同乙烯/共聚單體比率之分支分佈。舉例而言,不均勻分支LLDPE聚合物具有如下分支分佈,包括高度分支部分(類似於極低密度聚乙烯)、中度分支部分(類似於中度分支聚乙烯)及基本上線性部分(類似於線性均聚物聚乙烯)。如上文所論述,此等線性互聚物缺乏長鏈分支或顯著量之長鏈分支。
基於乙烯之不均勻分支互聚物包括(但不限於)線性中密度聚乙烯(LMDPE)、線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、極低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)及超低密度聚乙烯(ULDPE)。
術語「均勻」及「均勻分支」用於指乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物,其中α-烯烴共聚單體在指定聚合物分子中隨機分佈,且所有聚合物分子均具有相同或實質上相同的乙烯/共聚單體比率。均勻分支乙烯互聚物包括線性乙烯互聚物及實質上線性乙烯互聚物。
均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物為如下乙烯聚合物,其缺乏長鏈分支(或顯著量之長鏈分支),但具有來源於聚合為互聚物之共聚單體的短鏈分支,且共聚單體在同一聚合物鏈中與在不同聚合物鏈之間皆均勻分佈。亦即,均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物缺乏長鏈分支,正如線性低密度聚乙烯聚合物或線性高密度聚乙烯聚合物之情況。
均勻分支實質上線性乙烯互聚物描述於美國專利第5,272,236號、第5,278,272號、第6,054,544號、第6,335,410號及第6,723,810中;各專利之全部內容均以引用的方式併入本文中。實質上線性乙烯互聚物為具有長鏈分支之均勻分支乙烯互聚物。長鏈分支具有與聚合物主鏈相同之共聚單體分佈,且可具有與聚合物主鏈之長度大致相同的長度。「實質上線性」通常指平均經每1000個碳0.01個長鏈分支至每1000個碳3個長鏈分支取代之聚合物。長鏈分支之長度長於由將一種共聚單體併入聚合物主鏈中所形成之短鏈分支之碳長度。
實質上線性乙烯互聚物形成一類獨特的均勻分支乙烯聚合物。其實質上不同於Elston在美國專利3,645,992中所述之熟知種類的習知均勻分支線性乙烯互聚物,且另外,其與習知不均勻「齊格勒-納塔催化劑聚合」線性乙烯聚合物(例如使用例如Anderson等人在美國專利4,076,698中所揭示之技術製備的超低密度聚乙烯(ULDPE)、線性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)或高密度聚乙烯(HDPE))屬於不同類別;且其與高壓、自由基引發之高度分支聚乙烯(諸如低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、乙烯-丙烯酸(EAA)共聚物及乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)共聚物)亦不屬於同一類別。
帶樹脂或塗層樹脂可包含一或多種以下添加劑:填充劑、顏料、成核劑、滑動或防黏添加劑、UV穩定劑、高頻或微波敏化劑。
基於丙烯之聚合物:適合用於本發明之經塗佈基板中的基於丙烯之聚合物包括(但不限於)丙烯/乙烯共聚物、丙烯/乙烯/1-丁烯互聚物、丙烯/乙烯/ENB互聚物、丙烯/乙烯/1-己烯互聚物及丙烯/乙烯/1-辛烯互聚物。在一較佳實施例中,基於丙烯之聚合物為丙烯/乙烯互聚物且更佳為丙烯/乙烯共聚物。
適合之基於丙烯之聚合物包括VERSIFY塑性體及彈性體(可獲自Dow Chemical Company)。其他基於丙烯之聚合物包括VISTAMAXX聚合物(ExxonMobil Chemical Co.)、LICOCENE聚合物(Clariant)、EASTOFLEX聚合物(Eastman Chemical Co.)、REXTAC聚合物(Hunstman)及VESTOPLAST聚合物(Degussa)。其他適合聚合物包括ADSYL聚合物、ADFLEX聚合物、BORSOFT聚合物及各種摻合物,諸如聚丙烯均聚物與丙烯/α-烯烴互聚物之摻合物。
如本文中所使用,術語「組合物」包括構成組合物之材料的混合物,以及由組合物之材料形成之反應產物及分解產物。

本發明之一態樣關於一種由沿縱向邊緣黏合形成管狀物之平坦織物形成的管狀袋體,其中袋體包含上文所述種類的經塗佈織物。
密封層較佳配置於管狀袋子之內壁處。
較佳地,以使得密封線或密封接縫實質上垂直於經帶方向之方式進行密封。
本發明之上述目標更由如下文所述之包裝機及方法解決。
本發明之包裝機用以填充角撐型袋子,其中此等袋子之壁至少部分由聚合物帶之編織物組成且其中至少在袋子壁之一端提供用於填充之填充口。提供閉合裝置,其具有使得當填充口閉合時可產生在角撐區域中比在袋子壁之中心區域中高至少50克耳文之焊接溫度的結構。
本發明之包裝機極為有利,因為其允許以簡單的方式容易地製造經塗佈編織聚合物帶之可堆疊袋子。兩個袋子末端之焊接縫可靠穩定地包括於角撐區域中以允許袋子之光學上吸引人且容易銷售的形狀。已意外發現,顯著溫度升高足以持久地閉合四層角撐區域。不需要塗覆利於焊接於組成袋子壁之管狀薄片之外部表面的塗層。
在雙層中心區域中,顯著較低焊接溫度即以足夠。
此時,提及如下實情:在本發明之意義上,袋子應理解為敞開袋子或開口袋子。敞開袋子應理解為意謂在其一端在其橫截面之主要部分上填充的袋子。經由填充端填充袋子後,閉合袋子開口以使得敞開袋子可隨後緊密閉合。術語敞開袋子表示填充方法且不以任何方式指填充有產品之敞開袋子的密封緊密性。
較佳地,閉合裝置具有如下結構:使得當填充口閉合時,可產生在角撐區域中比在袋子壁之中心區域中高至少50克耳文及尤其高至少60克耳文及較佳高60克耳文至100克耳文的焊接溫度。溫度比中心區域高70克耳文至90克耳文尤其較佳。最佳溫度增加視編織袋材料及其壁厚度而定。
宜提供至少一個薄片儲料堆及至少一個袋子成型裝置用於由薄片儲料堆之管狀薄片製造袋子。
閉合裝置尤其包括至少一個比待填充袋子之寬度寬的焊接夾鉗。
焊接夾鉗或至少一個焊接夾鉗可包含至少一個焊接條,且尤其為電阻焊接條,且其可例如以脈衝模式操作。
在焊接夾鉗之寬度範圍內以及在袋子寬度範圍內,焊接夾鉗之焊接條的橫截面輪廓可適合於所需溫度分佈以使得角撐區域之橫截面可顯著小於中心區域。
在焊接條之寬度範圍內,焊接夾鉗之焊接條尤其可在不同區域中包含不同塗層。此使得可實現電阻焊接條中之不同溫度,因為額外塗層將會增加傳導性橫截面。高傳導性之厚塗層顯著降低局部溫度,而弱傳導性或較薄塗層使局部溫度降低較少。
較佳地,焊接夾鉗突出超過待密封之袋子的寬度且焊接條在末端區域中具備高傳導性塗層以降低此等區域中之電阻及普遍溫度。
在角撐區域中,焊接條可不包含傳導性塗層或包含弱傳導性塗層,因為此處需要最大溫度來確保管狀薄片之所有四個層的可靠焊接。
若管狀薄片由平伏薄片或平伏編織薄片製造,則平伏薄片在其側向邊緣處摺疊且焊接重疊區。在此重疊區中,存在三個層,其具備相應較薄或傳導性較弱的塗層。
中心區域僅具備兩個層且因此需要相對低的焊接溫度。中心區域可具備中等傳導性塗層。
本發明之方法用以填充角撐型袋子,其中此等袋子之壁至少部分由聚合物帶組成且其中在袋子壁之至少一端提供用於填充之填充口。為了在填充後閉合填充口,產生在角撐區域中比在袋子壁之中心區域中高至少50克耳文的焊接溫度。
袋子尤其由薄片儲料堆之管狀薄片形成。
現在基於非限制性例示性實施例,參看圖式更詳細地說明本發明。
在圖1中,以橫截面說明本發明之經塗佈織物11的第一實施例。經塗佈織物11包含示意性展示之織物12。織物12包含聚合物帶12a、12b。以實例方式說明的聚合物帶12a、12b形成織物12之緯線12b及經線12a,其更詳細地展示於圖3中。帶狀織物12塗有由熱塑性合成材料形成之密封層13。較佳地,密封層13之熔點低於織物帶材料之微晶熔點。
在圖2中,說明本發明之經塗佈織物11'的第二實施例,其同樣包含由聚合物帶12a、12b形成之織物12以及由熔點低於織物帶材料之微晶熔點的熱塑性合成材料形成之密封層13。經塗佈織物11'之本發明實施例與以上第一實施例的不同之處僅為在織物與密封層13之間配置有一額外黏著劑層14。
在圖3中,展示織物12之截面示意圖。織物12由帶12a、12b,亦即緯帶12b及經帶12a組成。根據本發明,帶12a、12b,較佳經帶12a之至少一部分的斷裂韌度小於45 cN/tex、較佳為15 cN/tex至40 cN/tex且斷裂伸長率大於30%、較佳為40%至90%。在一更佳實施例中,所有經帶12a之斷裂韌度均小於45 cN/tex、較佳為15 cN/tex至40 cN/tex且斷裂伸長率大於30%、較佳為40%至90%,而緯帶12b具有不同斷裂韌度及/或斷裂伸長率。
回到圖1,緯帶12b可由微晶熔點通常高於160℃之聚丙烯組成。聚合物帶12a、12b可單軸拉伸。在第一變型中,密封層13包含熔點為約105℃之LD-PE。其他適合聚合物組合物在上文描述為第一組合物且將在下文更詳細地描述。聚乙烯之缺點為其對聚丙烯黏著不良。因此,展現低熔點且適當黏著聚丙烯之聚合物亦適合替代聚乙烯用作密封層13。使用熔點低於聚合物帶12a、12b之密封層的優點在於具有如下優勢:單軸拉伸帶12a、12b中分子之定向不被密封製程破壞。藉由將聚合物帶12a、12b加熱至微晶熔點,可破壞單軸拉伸帶12a、12b中分子之定向。
回到圖2,如參看圖1所述之去除PE與PP之間不良黏著的缺點之可能性為引入黏著劑層14。黏著劑層可由如上文所述之第二組合物組成且將在下文更詳細地描述。
在一替代實施例中,聚合物帶12a、12b亦可具有關於斷裂韌度及斷裂伸長率之其他性質。在此情況下,重要的是使用含如上文所述且在下文更詳細地描述之第一組合物的密封層13。
本發明之經塗佈織物11、11'適合於藉由焊接互連,其中所產生之焊接接頭展現高強度。因此,其尤其更適合用於製造袋子,尤其用於成型填充密封(form,fill and seal;FFS)製程。其亦極適合於超音波焊接、加熱工具焊接、紅外線焊接或雷射束焊接。高頻焊接或微波焊接為替代性適合焊接技術,但可能需要將高頻或微波敏感性添加劑(例如金屬粒子、石墨、碳或其他添加劑)及/或極性聚合物添加至聚乙烯或丙烯密封層中,因為此等聚烯烴樹脂通常對高頻能量不敏感。較佳使用此等焊接方法之一進行焊接以使得焊接線或焊接縫與經帶12a呈實質上矩形。參看圖3,因此焊接縫將為垂直的。
本發明之此等聚合物帶12a、12b宜由熱塑性聚合物材料製成。其可為單軸拉伸聚合物。根據第一實例,聚合物帶由HDPE製成(T4)。已達成38.6 cN/tex之斷裂韌度及56.7%之斷裂伸長率。在此情況下,密封層由第一組合物組成。因為HDPE及密封層顯示良好黏著,所以可省去昂貴黏著劑層。此外,與PP帶織物相比,能量耗散較高。在第二實例中,使用具有類似機械性質之PP帶(T3)。已達成36 cN/tex之斷裂韌度及40.9%之斷裂伸長率。然而,如由密封層與編織材料之間的第二組合物所述,需要一額外黏著劑層。
基於圖4,現在示意性說明兩個圖2中所描繪之經塗佈織物11'的相互焊接。首先,將兩個經塗佈織物11'、11'彼此上下安置以使得其密封層13、13彼此面對。接著,自織物12的自單軸拉伸聚合物帶之面,亦即自外部,使用至少一個焊接元件15、16將經塗佈織物11'、11'中之至少一者加熱至低於織物帶材料之微晶熔融溫度的溫度(箭頭T)。進行供熱直至使密封層13熔融且如此使其彼此緊密黏合,如由區域18以虛線所指示。直接經由焊接元件15、16施加壓力。若焊接方法組態成超音波焊接,則焊接元件15設計成超音波致動器且作為對應物之焊接元件16成型為呈砧狀。若焊接方法組態成加熱工具焊接,則焊接元件15設計成加熱元件,且焊接元件16亦設計成加熱元件或設計成軸承。若焊接方法組態成紅外或雷射束焊接,則焊接元件15設計成紅外輻射器或雷射束源。
圖5a及圖5b展示由沿縱向邊緣9a、9b黏合形成管狀物之平坦織物12形成的管狀袋體1。管狀物摺疊若干次以在填充時形成基本上矩形體。袋體包含經塗佈織物12。如由圖5b可見,管狀袋體包含與管狀體之長度(及與織物之經帶12a)呈實質上矩形的密封接縫或焊縫。
圖6中以示意性橫截面說明之包裝機100用以用產品208填充袋子200。此產品可例如為含粒子之鬆散材料、粉狀產品或疏鬆填充材料。或者,可設想用其他產品201(諸如液體或糊狀產品)填充袋子200。
包裝機100組態成FFS包裝機且包含具有至少一個薄片捲筒之薄片儲料堆101。薄片儲料堆101含有用於製造袋子200之捲起的管狀薄片102。提供具有一或多個薄片捲筒之薄片儲料堆101允許按需要製造袋子200。袋子之長度為尤其靈活可變且可容易地適合於所需填充量。
自薄片儲料堆101之薄片捲筒取出的管狀袋體或薄片102經由薄片儲存倉103傳送至包裝機100之內部且進一步傳送至角焊裝置104。在角焊裝置104中,焊接角部,如其在圖8中以角焊接縫207展示。
此等角焊接縫或角焊縫207達成經填充袋子之磚狀形狀以達成簡單且光學上吸引人之可堆疊性。此有利於運輸、處理及銷售。
若已製造了角焊接縫207,則在角撐220中產生了角焊接縫207之管狀薄片102進入袋子長度調節器106,其用以平衡包裝機100之分度操作。袋子長度調節器106允許自薄片捲筒穩定展開薄片儲料堆101,同時包裝機在其內部執行分度操作以將袋子200成型及填充及隨後密封。
薄片驅動器107用以傳送管狀薄片102。管狀薄片102饋入焊接裝置112,在焊接裝置112中首先藉助於夾持裝置105夾住管狀薄片102,隨後(參見圖7)焊接夾鉗108在管狀薄片102中製造出焊接縫。
具有焊接夾鉗108之焊接條128的焊接裝置112同時焊接中心區域及角撐區域,不過焊接溫度顯著不同。首先形成具有閉合接縫205之袋子底部。閉合接縫205延伸穿過袋子200之整個橫向寬度212。
如圖7所放大展示,提供切刀109,其在袋子底部215製造出閉合接縫205且推進管狀材料後在所形成袋子之第二末端204的區域中切斷管狀薄片102。組態成敞開袋子210之袋子200現包含袋子底部215且在其上端在袋子開口209處具備填充口211。填充口並不在袋子200之整個寬度範圍內延伸,因為角撐220之區域留在外側作為角焊接縫。
隨後,可藉助於冷卻裝置113冷卻袋子底部215處之閉合接縫205以在高產量下達成適當穩定性。
藉助於擺動傳送機115,袋子200更藉助於樞轉擺臂116傳送且藉助於開袋機110打開。在下一循環,袋子200以其填充口211連接於填充噴口123且用來自產品進料124之產品208填充。
填充操作後,經由擺動傳送機115將袋子200饋送至閉合裝置125,閉合裝置125又包含夾持裝置105及具有焊接條128之焊接夾鉗108。
在閉合裝置125處,經由閉合接縫206作為頂端接縫閉合袋子200之第二末端204。在顯著增加之溫度下再次焊接封閉角撐220區域。
圖8說明作為袋子200之開口側角撐型袋子210,其在其第一末端203及第二末端204之每一者處包含閉合接縫205及206。
組態成焊接縫221之閉合接縫205及206均延伸穿過整個袋子200寬度,從而使得袋子內部得到緊密密封。
袋子200已在其第二末端204經由袋子開口209之填充口211填充。填充口在接近整個袋子寬度內延伸。角焊接縫207之區域分開且並不形成填充口211之一部分。
袋子在角撐區域222中之角撐220處包含四個層而在中心區域223中僅需要焊接兩個層。在如下情況下可提供具有三個層之重疊區域224:管狀薄片102由平坦薄片製造或製造切開之管狀薄片且邊緣226及227在接合區域中重疊。
圖9展示具有磚狀且容易堆疊之形狀之經填充袋子的示意性透視圖。
圖10說明習知袋子,其中角撐中之焊接縫的強度不足以使區域201拆開的同時袋子仍緊密密封。本發明補救此效果。
圖11及圖12說明用於包裝機100之焊接夾鉗108的兩種不同焊接條128。
圖11中所說明之焊接條128具有不同橫截面輪廓214。焊接條128組態成電阻焊接條以使得局部溫度視焊接條128之局部電阻而定。
在需要高溫之區域中,橫截面較小。在不需要或不必需高溫之區域中,提供較大橫截面。此為橫截面在末端區域225中特別高的原因,因為其延伸超出袋子且在此區域中不進行焊接。所選橫截面在角撐區域222中特別低且在中心區域223中較大。以此方式,在角撐區域222中達成之焊接溫度高60克耳文至100克耳文且目前高80克耳文,並使得角撐區域中包括之頂端接縫穩固密封。可避免區域201在角撐處拆開以達成良好可堆疊性。所選橫截面略小於重疊區域224以獲得此處存在之三個層的穩固焊接。
在圖12中,說明另一實施例,其中藉由局部不同之塗層達成焊接期間局部不同之傳導性及因此局部不同之溫度。亦可設想具有局部塗層之橫截面輪廓的組合。
末端區域225中之所選塗層126的傳導性特別高。在角撐區域222中,完全不塗佈塗層或塗佈具有極低傳導率之塗層。在中心區域223中提供中等傳導性塗層127。在角撐區域222中,又使焊接溫度增加60克耳文至100克耳文且目前增加約70克耳文至90克耳文以穩固地互連角撐220之區域。在視情況提供之重疊區域224中,選擇傳導性較低之塗層以產生相應較高的焊接溫度。
根據表1中所列之規格,在Starlinger帶線starEX 1500ES/E120T上製造用於編織網狀物之四種不同帶。
在Starlinger α 61織機上由此等帶製備四種不同網狀物。此等機器製造管狀織物,且接著藉助於超音波切割及密封裝置將管狀物切割為兩個平坦網狀物。各織物之組成描述於表2中。
在Starlinger stacoTEC 1500COEX擠壓塗佈線上用兩個擠壓機進行此等所選網狀物之擠壓塗佈。預加熱網狀物,隨後用表3及表4中所述之所選聚合物組合物對其進行擠壓塗佈。表5展示所製造基板之效能。
最大密封強度(脈衝密封)及斷裂伸長率之測試條件:
機器:Zwick/Roell「Zwicki-line 2.5」;
夾鉗距離:150 mm;
測試速度:100 mm/min;
樣品寬度:50 mm;以及
對於每次調整,測試三個樣品。
測試是根據ASTM D882,其中由於織物之特殊要求而具有所提及之改變。
熱密封表4中所列之經塗佈織物。對於各經塗佈織物,層13自身密封。根據ASTM F2099,所有樣品均使用KOPP密封器來密封。如圖4中所述,使層13與層13接觸後,自織物12施加熱。藉由在不同溫度下製備密封樣品來測定熱密封強度,在測試前所有樣品均在周圍條件下調節48小時。密封條件如下:在500 N力下1秒接觸時間,兩個密封棒皆加熱至規定溫度(各密封棒皆經鐵氟龍(TEFLON)塗佈;樣品中心中「5 mm×15 mm」黏合區的寬度=5 mm)。用於測定密封強度之樣品大小為「100 mm長×15 mm寬」。
各經塗佈基板之密封強度均使用INSTRON 5564拉伸試驗機進行測定,其中夾鉗距離為30 mm且十字頭速度為100 mm/min。在各溫度下,以橫向方向測試至少五個樣品(密封件)且報導平均密封強度。各經塗佈基板之密封效能展示於圖13中。對於高於130℃之密封溫度,網狀物在密封時開始收縮。
根據ASTM D-882測定經塗佈織物之斷裂伸長率。
根據ASTM D-792-08量測基於乙烯之聚合物及基於丙烯之聚合物及其摻合物的密度。
根據ASTM D-1238-04量測基於乙烯之聚合物及其摻合物的熔融指數(I2),條件為190℃/2.16 kg。根據ASTM D-1238-04量測基於丙烯之聚合物及其摻合物的熔體流動速率(MFR),條件為230℃/2.16 kg。
基於乙烯及基於丙烯之聚合物及其摻合物的熔點(Tm)可藉由示差掃描熱分析法(DSC),使用TA儀器Q1000型差示掃描熱量計進行測定。自待測試材料切割約「5 mg至8 mg」大小之樣品,且直接置於DSC盤中以進行分析。首先以約10℃/min之速率將樣品加熱至180℃(對於基於乙烯之聚合物)(對於基於丙烯之聚合物加熱至230℃),且在溫度下等溫保持3分鐘,以確保完全熔融(第一次加熱)。接著以每分鐘10℃之速率將樣品冷卻至-60℃(對於基於乙烯之聚合物)(對於基於丙烯之聚合物冷卻至-40℃),且等溫保持3分鐘,隨後以每分鐘10℃之速率再次加熱(第二次加熱)直至完全熔融。此第二次加熱之熱分析圖稱為「第二次加熱曲線」。以「瓦特/公克相對於溫度」製作熱分析圖。
可自如上文所述由DSC獲得之第二次加熱曲線確定聚合物之熔點(Tm)。可自第一次冷卻曲線確定結晶溫度(Tc)。
根據ASTM D1525-07量測域克軟化溫度或域克溫度。如本文中所使用,術語「軟化溫度」係指域克軟化溫度。

Claims (34)
- 一種經塗佈織物,包含由聚合物帶形成之織物,其中該織物塗有密封層,其中該密封層由第一組合物形成,該第一組合物包含至少一種乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物,其中該第一組合物之密度為0.905g/cc至0.930g/cc,以及該第一組合物之熔融指數為3g/10min至20g/10min,以及其中該至少一種乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物為均勻分支乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物與不均勻分支乙烯/α-烯烴互聚物之組合。
- 如請求項1所述之經塗佈織物,其中該α-烯烴選自C3-C10 α-烯烴。
- 如請求項2所述之經塗佈織物,其中該C3-C10 α-烯烴選自丙烯、1-丁烯、1-己烯或1-辛烯。
- 如請求項1至3中任一項所述之經塗佈織物,其中該第一組合物之熔融指數為每10分鐘4g至每10分鐘15g(ASTM D-1238-04,條件為190℃/2.16kg)。
- 如請求項1所述之經塗佈織物,更包含黏著劑層,係由一第二組合物形成,該第二組合物包含至少一種基於丙烯之聚合物。

- 如請求項30所述之袋子,其中至少一個密封接縫或焊縫實質上垂直於該織物之經帶。
- 如請求項29至31中任一項所述之袋子,其中該袋子為一成型填充密封(form,fill and seal;FFS)袋。
- 一種用於填充角撐型袋子之方法,其中該等袋子之袋子壁至少部分包含聚合物帶之編織物且其中至少在該袋子壁之一端提供用於填充之填充口,以及其中為了在填充操作後閉合該填充口,產生在該等袋子之角撐區域中比在該袋子壁之中心區域中高至少50克耳文之焊接溫度。
