【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,使用於汽車傳動系統之終端,係固定在輪轂上用來支持輪胎之輪箍。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種輪箍的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「輪箍」之新式樣。本新式樣輪箍,外觀主要特徵呈寬幅大徑距之運動造型,表面上具有5個窄幅輪輻並成星形狀排列跨越在其輪徑表面,該每一輪輻徑部之寬度自內側端往徑外方向逐漸變小,外側端沒入輪圈外緣部融合成一體。該每一輪輻徑部表面中央分別形成一個凹進中分之針錐形的凹部,且沿此凹部兩側的邊緣各自形成一個細幅的"脊面"。又,每一輪輻個別脊線與相鄰輪輻的個別脊線之間,分別形成一個相對傾斜略呈"V"字形的傾斜緣,並界定一個大型略呈"扇"形的鏤孔等。該輪箍鑄件稜角稜線格外分明,突顯出一個堅固、厚實的結構,特別展現出運動型輪箍剛勁的氣韻與豪邁的風格,整體的外觀線條舒展流暢,樣態雅緻清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「輪箍」如附圖所示,係由鋁合金等一體鑄成,基本上包括一個軸向之輪圈部與一個結合在其徑向表面的輪輻部等之構成。從側視圖觀察,該輪圈部呈一具有相當寬幅之圓筒形輪廓,其兩端(即前後端部)分別形成一個徑圍激增之環形突緣部。從前視圖及立體圖觀之,該輪圈部正面沿突緣部內側形成一個圓滑、由內往外擴大具有錐度的口部,該輪輻部具有5個窄幅輪輻並成星形狀排列地閉塞在該口部上,及每一個輪輻分別自徑外往中心方向漸凹進,內側端滙集成一個低窪略呈"梅花"形的軸心部。該每一輪輻之徑部,從軸心部低點向徑外方向高度逐漸升高及寬度逐漸變小,外側端沒入輪圈外緣部融合成一體。及,沿每一輪輻徑部表面中央分別形成一個凹進、中分之針錐形凹弧狀的凹部;該凹部在輪輻的內側端各自定位一個圓形的凹部,並自此向徑外方向深度逐漸變淺、同時寬度逐漸變窄並漸趨平滑,且沿凹部兩側邊緣修飾成一對細幅的"脊面"。又,每一輪輻個別脊面與相鄰輪輻的個別脊面之間,各自形成一個相對傾斜略呈"V"字形的傾斜緣,並界定一個大型略呈"扇"形的鏤孔,且該V形傾斜緣以圓角向輪圈外緣部延伸,沿扇形鏤孔邊緣形成一個陡峭封閉的傾斜緣。此外,前視時該軸心部中心定位一個大型的中心圓孔,外周交互地配置5個中型沉孔和5個小型圓孔,其中,5個中型沉孔各自配置在上述輪輻基端的圓形凹部中,及5個小型圓孔分別定位在該V形傾斜緣的角落上。如上述之輪箍,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「輪箍」造形考究細膩,其藉由鑄件俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地融合各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品之親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Item Usage]: This new item is used at the end of the automobile transmission system.
