Abstract
【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係固定在汽車頭部前緣,保護汽車頭部緩衝防撞用,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種保險桿的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用前保險桿」之新式樣。本新式樣前保險桿外觀主要特徵,包括上端部中央定位一對橢圓形的氣柵孔徑,在其兩側形成有一對略呈”ㄩ”字形的頭燈安裝部,下端部形成一個幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度、略呈一”笑口”狀之大型氣壩孔徑;一條位於高點的脊線沿本體中端部往左右方向延伸,另一條位於低點的脊線沿本體下緣往兩端延伸介於兩輪弧之間,上述交互地凸出及凹入的脊線為一種新的設計哲學,使該前保險桿具有一非常動感的外表。整體的輪廓曲線造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用前保險桿」如附圖所示,從前視圖及立體圖觀察,本體上端部呈略凹進,其中央形成有一個約1/3高度、略小於1/2寬度之倒”梯形”狀的突出部,於此突出部內側中央形成有一對左右毗鄰略呈橢圓(或雙腎)形的氣柵孔徑,該氣柵孔徑兩側對稱地形成一對內側有銳角、外側成擴大圓角並往上揚之略呈”ㄩ”字形的頭燈安裝部,及該頭燈安裝部之外側形成一個繞著輪弧往上方伸設的突出部。本體中端部和下端部相對地朝向前方突出,沿該中端部上緣修飾有一條水平方向的脊線,及此脊線下方左右側形成一對狹長的防撞飾條安裝部,約占1/3高度之中端部表面中央,沿該防撞飾條安裝部之內側修飾一對”呈內八字”形的脊線。及,本體約占1/3高度之下端部表面,形成一個大型幾乎涵蓋整個正面寬度之狹長、略呈往左右拉長之下弦狀的氣壩孔徑,看起來宛若”笑口”狀,且沿下端部下緣修飾有一條水平方向脊線介於該氣壩孔徑之間,及下端部下緣中央修飾有一道凹進、上弦狀的凹部(空力構件)。從俯視圖觀察,本體橫斷面成彎曲狀,其兩端各以一圓角朝側面彎曲及延伸,看起來略呈”U”字形輪廓。再從側視圖觀察,本體兩端外側對稱地形成有一個略高之圓弧形的端部,並沿此端部內側修飾有一道平行突出分明的脊線,用來與前擋泥板啣接共同構成一個圓弧形的輪弧等。如上述之「汽車用前保險桿」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用前保險桿」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is fixed to the front edge of the car to protect the front of the car from collisions and is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car. When viewed from the front view and the three-dimensional view, the upper end of the main body is slightly concave, and a protrusion of an inverted "trapezoid" shape of about 1/3 of the height and slightly less than 1/2 of the width is formed in the center. A pair of adjacent air grille apertures in a slightly elliptical (or double kidney) shape are formed in the center of the inner side of the protrusion. A pair of headlight mounting parts with sharp corners on the inner side and expanded rounded corners on the outer side and slightly "ㄩ" shaped upward are symmetrically formed on both sides of the air grille aperture, and a protrusion extending upward around the wheel arc is formed on the outer side of the headlight mounting part. The middle and lower ends of the body protrude forward relatively, and a horizontal ridgeline is decorated along the upper edge of the middle end, and a pair of narrow anti-collision strip mounting parts are formed on the left and right sides below the ridgeline, which is about 1/3 of the height of the middle end surface center, and a pair of "inward eight" ridgelines are decorated along the inner side of the anti-collision strip mounting part. And, the lower end surface of the body, which is about 1/3 of the height, forms a large narrow and slightly stretched left and right chord-shaped air dam aperture that almost covers the entire front width, and looks like a "smile", and a horizontal ridgeline is decorated along the lower edge of the lower end between the air dam apertures, and a concave, upper chord-shaped recess (aerodynamic component) is decorated in the center of the lower edge of the lower end. From the top view, the cross section of the main body is curved, and its two ends are curved and extended toward the side with a rounded corner, which looks like a slightly "U" shaped outline. From the side view, the two ends of the main body are symmetrically formed with a slightly higher arc-shaped end, and a parallel and prominent ridge line is decorated along the inner side of this end, which is used to connect with the front fender to form an arc-shaped wheel arc. Like the above-mentioned "front bumper for automobiles", the overall shape is trendy and full of novel features. ;In summary, this new style "front bumper for automobile" expresses a dynamic originality through neat, flexible and stretched lines.
