Abstract
【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係關於一種車輛用、特別是關於一種轎車、轎跑車、跑車、旅行車、休旅車…等泛稱轎車用的駕駛座及助手席旁的前側門,當然,應用於其他各種車輛自亦無不可。;【創作特點】;本創作係提供一種車輛前側門的新穎美觀設計,特別是指一種造型獨特的轎車(泛稱)前側門新式樣。;首先陳明者,乃本創作各附圖所示者,為依車輛行進方向左方之前側門,而車輛前行右方之前側門雖未以另圖表示,但實質上其構成均為相同,僅為方位對稱之投影而已。;依本新式樣「車輛前側門」造型之主要特點包括:首先如第1、2圖之兩方向所見立體圖、第3與4圖之前視與後視圖及第5圖之右、左側視圖等圖所示,基本上係一個車輛前側門殼體設計,由外面觀察(第5圖),約上半段為略成三角形之車窗部,約下半段為車門體部,在上半段之車窗部中,除本身之框架外,於左下角隅之銳角處,設有對應於整體之小三角形封板,供裝設後照鏡,則清光之車窗玻璃部乃成三角梯形之綜合體,右側設有上下共3個小孔,可供嵌入另設之飾板(未示)。下半段之車門體部具有一外表板及由頂部至底部一體形成之車門本體。外表板之形狀係搭配車門本體下半部外側面形狀,外表板自啣接於車窗部底緣往下之整個面積中,由該底緣起即以約45度角朝外作弧形傾斜彎出,約佔外表板整個高度的約四分之一,自此一位置再順勢略朝內以小圓弧彎下,向內略作弧形彎曲之外表板部分面積,約占四分之三,如是,於該以約45度角朝外再略以小彎曲度朝內之外表板的四分之一上面與約四分之三下面等兩者,因先朝外再向內之彎折,乃自然形成一道橫向之稜線,除具有強化外表板剛度之機能性外,亦使車門板在外表上不呆滯而顯得活潑及厚實感覺,亦不致平淡無趣。在該轉折橫向稜線靠近最前緣位置上,一體形成有一約成橢圓形凹口,此一橢圓形凹口的左右兩側分別連設一配合門把形狀之凹口,深度均較該橢圓形凹口為淺,右側凹口外形大於左側凹口,雖均為橢圓體之修飾變形,但輪廓上多少有些差異。車門本體以縱向(第3、4圖)觀之,係約成瘦長之凸字形體,靠車輛內部以平順彎弧自上而下作平順彎曲,而在車輛外部,除車窗外之下半段車門體部,則為共伴於外表板之各項彎曲的弧線設計,此外,外表板之底部係稍伸出於車門本體底緣若干距離。車門體側面上分別設有複數個圓孔、方形孔等之開孔,供裝配及配置鎖等之用。復由第6圖之左側視圖所示可知,車門本體在朝向車輛內部之該面上設有用以補強、容納操作機件及防水等用途之突板、凹溝等機能性構成,雖為達成所需功能之必然措施,但其線條清爽俐落,不致雜亂無章,例如沿著四周框緣設以凹口供嵌套防水橡膠,一體沖切成型具有多處凹凸玲瓏有緻之補強板配置等,均未有突兀及凌亂感覺。;綜上所述及各附圖所示,本新式樣車輛前側門在造形上簡潔大方,雍容華貴而非泛泛,且氣質出眾,在線條搭配上和諧順利,構成極為舒爽的適覺條件,積極營造出優質工業設計美感。[Purpose of the article]; This new style article is related to a front door beside the driver's seat and the passenger seat for a type of vehicle, especially a sedan, coupe, sports car, station wagon, SUV, etc., and of course, it can be applied to other types of vehicles. ; [Features of the creation]; This creation provides a novel and beautiful design of the front door of a vehicle, especially a new style of the front door of a sedan (generally referred to as a sedan) with a unique shape. ; First of all, it is stated that the front door on the left side of the vehicle's travel direction is shown in the attached figures of this creation, and the front door on the right side of the vehicle's travel direction is not shown in another figure, but in fact, their structures are the same, and they are just symmetrical projections. The main features of the new style of "vehicle front door" include: first, as shown in the three-dimensional views from both directions of Figures 1 and 2, the front and rear views of Figures 3 and 4, and the right and left side views of Figure 5, it is basically a vehicle front door shell design. When viewed from the outside (Figure 5), the upper half is a slightly triangular window part, and the lower half is the door body. In the upper half of the window part, in addition to the frame itself, a small triangular sealing plate corresponding to the whole is provided at the sharp corner of the lower left corner for installing the rearview mirror. The clear window glass part is a triangular trapezoidal complex, and the right side is provided with a total of 3 small holes, which can be used to embed a separate decorative panel (not shown). The lower half of the door body has an outer panel and a door body formed from top to bottom. The shape of the exterior panel is in line with the shape of the outer side of the lower half of the door body. From the bottom edge of the window, the exterior panel bends outward at an angle of about 45 degrees, accounting for about a quarter of the entire height of the exterior panel. From this position, it bends slightly inward in a small arc, and the area of the exterior panel that is slightly curved inward accounts for about a quarter of the total height of the exterior panel. In this way, the upper quarter of the exterior panel that faces outward at an angle of about 45 degrees and then slightly bends inward, and the lower three-quarters of the exterior panel, are naturally formed with a horizontal ridge because they are first bent outward and then inward. In addition to the function of strengthening the rigidity of the exterior panel, it also makes the door panel look lively and thick instead of dull. At the turning transverse ridge near the front edge, an approximately elliptical recess is formed in one body. The left and right sides of this elliptical recess are respectively connected with a recess in the shape of a door handle, and the depth of both recesses is shallower than that of the elliptical recess. The right recess is larger in shape than the left recess. Although both are modified deformations of ellipses, there are some differences in the outlines. The door body, viewed vertically (Figures 3 and 4), is roughly in the shape of a slender convex character, and is smoothly curved from top to bottom in a smooth arc toward the inside of the vehicle. On the outside of the vehicle, except for the lower half of the door body outside the window, it is designed with various curved curves accompanying the outer panel. In addition, the bottom of the outer panel slightly protrudes from the bottom edge of the door body. There are multiple round holes, square holes, etc. on the side of the door body for assembly and configuration of locks, etc. As shown in the left side view of Figure 6, the door body is provided with functional structures such as protrusions and grooves on the surface facing the interior of the vehicle for reinforcement, accommodating operating parts and waterproofing. Although these are necessary measures to achieve the required functions, the lines are clean and neat without being messy. For example, recesses are provided along the four sides of the frame for embedding waterproof rubber, and the one-piece punched reinforcement plate has multiple exquisite concave and convex configurations, etc., without any abrupt or messy feeling. ;Based on the above and the attached figures, the front door of this new style vehicle is simple and generous in shape, elegant and noble rather than ordinary, and has outstanding temperament. The lines are harmonious and smooth, forming an extremely comfortable comfort condition and actively creating a high-quality industrial design aesthetic.
