Abstract
本發明提供一種改善無機粉末對皮膚的觸感的彈性體。
本發明的彈性體係包含(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物的彈性體,胺基與羧基的莫耳比係在Y/X=0.1至1.2的範圍(Y是(B)成分中所含的羧基的莫耳量,X是(A)成分中所含的胺基的莫耳量)。
Description
本申請案係主張2016年05月31日申請的日本專利申請2016-108740號的優先權,將其編入於本案中。
本發明係有關一種彈性體,特別是關於將無機粉末被覆時,可提高對皮膚的觸感的彈性體。
為了要獲得對於粉底(foundation)及妝底(foundation primer)等的上妝化妝料(makeup cosmetics)所求的功能,而有各色各樣的粉末處理。
例如,為了疏水性優異,並改善沖洗性,已知有在粉體基質的表面上,被覆有疏水化處理劑,及含有特定構造的丙烯酸系單體(11-甲基丙烯醯胺十一烷酸等)作為構成單體的聚合物之粉體(專利文獻1)
又,已知為了提供化妝持久性(防止脫妝)優異的粉末化妝料,特別是粉底或妝底等的粉末上妝化妝料,係通過特定的處理粉末之調配,而提供化妝持久性(防止脫妝)優異的粉末化妝料(專利文獻2)。

但為專利文獻1及2所教示的處理過的無機粉末為係調配於化妝料,而在皮膚上塗布時,會給皮膚有粗糙觸感(有磨擦感),而有給皮膚帶來粉末般觸感的情況的問題。
本發明為係殷鑑於上述情況而成者,其目的係藉由將無機粉末被覆特定的彈性體,而提高對皮膚的觸感,賦予濕潤而無粉末般的觸感。又,發現到藉由在化妝料使用以該彈性體被覆的無機粉末,得到掉落穩定性優異的化妝料。
本發明者等為了解決上述課題而專心致志進行檢討的結果,發現:具有胺基的矽氧聚合物與具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物複合而成的具有彈性體狀的性質的組成物,通過無機粉末的被覆,提高對皮膚的觸感,成為濕潤而無粉末般的觸感。然後,發現:藉由在化妝料使用以該彈性體被覆的無機粉末,可得到掉落穩定性優異的化妝料,遂而完成本發明。
亦即,本發明的彈性體為其包含:(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,及
(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物,胺基與羧基的莫耳比係在Y/X=0.1至1.2之間者(Y是(B)成分中所含的羧基的莫耳量,X是(A)成分中所含的胺基的莫耳量)。
又,以在(C)無機粉末的表面被覆前述彈性體為適用。
又,在前述彈性體被覆無機粉末中,彈性體的量相對於(C)無機粉末的量係以0.5至20質量%為合適。
又,在前述彈性體被覆無機粉末中,(C)無機粉末為係以滑石、雲母、合成金雲母鐵、絹雲母、硫酸鋇、高嶺土、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、氧化鐵為合適。
前述彈性體被覆無機粉末係以調配在化妝料為合適。
又,以在(D)有機粉末的表面被覆前述彈性體為適用。
又,前述彈性體被覆無機粉末的製造方法方面方面,宜包含:將(C)無機粉末,與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物進行混合的步驟,及將該混合物與(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物進行混合、加熱的步驟。
又,前述彈性體被覆無機粉末的製造方法方面方面,宜包含:將(C)無機粉末,與(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物進行混合的步驟,及將該混合物與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物進行混合、加熱的步驟。
又,調配有彈性體被覆無機粉末之化妝料的製造方法方面方面,宜包含在前述彈性體被覆無機粉末中進一步混合(A)及(B)以外的油分的步驟。
依照本發明,則可提供新穎的彈性體。又,將該彈性體被覆在無機粉末時,提高對皮膚的觸感,具有濕潤之無粉末般的觸感。然後,在化妝料使用以該彈性體被覆的無機粉末時,可提供掉落穩定性優異的化妝料。
以下,詳細說明本發明。
本發明的彈性體為係藉由將具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,與具有羧基的矽氧聚合物進行混合、加熱而製造者。首先,說明本發明的構成成分。
(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物
本發明所使用的(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物為係下述通式(1)表示的側鏈型胺基改質聚矽氧。
(通式(1)中,X係碳數1至18的烷基,R,R’係烷基。)
通式(1)中,m為20至2000時,由於所得彈性體的硬度佳之理由而理想。未達20時,則有不能形成彈
性體的情況之點而不理想。又,超過2000時,則有產生難以操作、不易製造的情況而不理想。
通式(1)中,n為1至100時,由於所得的彈性體的硬度佳之理由而理想。未達1時,則有不能形成彈性體的情況之點而不理想。又,超過100時,則有彈性體過硬的情況而不理想。
通式(1)中,R以烷基鏈為適用,由於丙基有量產性之理由而理想。
通式(1)中,R’以烷基鏈為適用,由於乙基有量產性之理由而理想。
(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物的胺基當量為500g/mol至20000g/mol時,由於所得彈性體的硬度佳之理由而理想。胺基當量未達500時,彈性體有過硬的情況而不理想。又,胺基當量超過20000時,則有不形成彈性體的情況而不理想。
(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物的市售品方面,其例可列舉如:KF-8004、KF-8005S、KF-867S(信越化學工業公司製造)、XF42-B1989(Momentive公司製造)、ADM1650、ADM1370(旭化成Wacker Silicone公司製造)、SF8452C、SS3551(Toray‧Dow Corning公司製造)等。
上述胺基當量係表示,相對於包含胺基的物質,每1莫耳的胺基的該物質重量所示之數值。
(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合
物
本發明所使用的(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物方面,係下述通式(2)表示之羧基當量1000g/mol至40000g/mol的側鏈型羧基改質聚矽氧。
本發明所使用的(B)具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物方面,係下述通式(3)表示之羧基當量200g/mol至1000g/mol的,側鏈型羧基改質丙烯酸聚合物。
上述羧基當量表示,相對於包含羧基的物質,每1莫耳的羧基的該物質重量所示之數值。
通式(2)係包含下述化學式2及化學式3。
(式中R1及R2表示甲基或下述[化學式3]表示的基團,在1分子中含有該基團1至100,y表示1至50,000的整數。)
通式(3)係包含下述化學式4。
(通式(3)中,m/(m+n)=0至0.5。)
通式(2)表示的具有羧基的矽氧聚合物的市售品方面,其例可列舉如:Sensasil PCA(Croda公司製造)等。
通式(3)表示的具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物係可使用習知的方法合成。
具體例方面,係將12-甲基丙烯醯胺十二烷酸(MAD)/2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚物(90/10)、12-甲基丙烯醯胺十二烷酸(MAD)18.50g(65.37mmol)、2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS:Sigma-Aldrich‧Japan公司製造)1.50g(7.24mmol)、氫氧化鈉0.29g(7.25mmol)、偶氮雙異丁腈(Nacalai Tesque公司製造)0.30g(1.83mmol),溶解於甲醇60.0g。偶氮雙異丁腈係依照常法,由甲醇再結晶後使用。將氬氣起泡60分鐘實施脫氣,將容器以隔膜覆蓋並在60℃加熱20小時使其聚合。聚合反應結束後將反應溶液滴入大量剩餘的二乙醚中再以抽吸過濾回收沉澱物。減壓乾燥之後,得到無規狀的MAD/AMPS共聚物(90/10)15.2g(收
率:75.1%)。重量平均分子量為50000。
(B)成分的羧基當量為200至40000時,由於所得的彈性體的硬度佳的理由而理想。未達200時,彈性體有過硬的情況而不理想。又,超過40000時,會有不形成彈性體的情況而不理想。
(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物中的胺基,與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物的羧基的莫耳比必須是Y/X=0.1至1.2(Y是(B)成分中所含的羧基的莫耳量,X是(A)成分中所含的胺基的莫耳量)。以0.1至0.8更佳。未達0.1時,因有不形成彈性體的情況而不理想。又,大於1.2時,會有不形成彈性體的情況而不理想。
(C)無機粉末
藉由將本發明的彈性體被覆在(C)無機粉末上,可提高對皮膚的觸感,具有濕潤而無粉末般的觸感。又,將彈性體被覆無機粉末使用於化妝料時,可得到掉落穩定性優異的化妝料。
本發明所使用的(C)無機粉末係選擇可用在化妝料中的粉體材料。
無機粉末之例可列舉如:滑石、氮化硼、絹雲母、天然雲母、煅燒雲母、合成雲母、合成絹雲母、氧化鋁、雲母、高嶺土、膨潤土、綠土、碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂、磷酸鈣、無水矽酸、氧化鎂、氧化錫、氧化鐵、氧化釔、氧化鉻、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、氧化鈰、氧化鋁、氧化鎂、氫

這些之中,以滑石、雲母、絹雲母、高嶺土、氧化鈦、氧化鐵、氧化鋅等為適用。
無機粉末被覆的彈性體的量,相對於無機粉末為0.5至20質量%,以1至15質量%為佳。超出20質量%之調配時,會有產生無機粉末的融化及粉末化妝料的成形性降低的情況而不理想。又,調配量未達0.5質量%時,會有得不到觸感的改善效果的情況而不理想。

(D)有機粉末
本發明的彈性體亦可被覆在(D)有機粉末。
本發明所使用的(D)有機粉末係選擇可在化妝
料中使用的粉體材料。
(D)成分方面,可列舉如:有機粉末(例如,聚矽氧彈性體粉末、聚矽氧粉末、聚矽氧樹脂被覆聚矽氧彈性體粉末、聚醯胺樹脂粉末(尼龍粉末)、聚乙烯粉末、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉末(例如甲基丙烯酸甲酯交聯聚合物)、聚苯乙烯粉末、苯乙烯與丙烯酸的共聚物樹脂粉末、苯代三聚氰胺樹脂粉末、聚四氟乙烯粉末、纖維素粉末等);鋯、鋇或鋁色澱等的有機顏料(例如,紅色201號、紅色202號、紅色204號、紅色205號、紅色220號、紅色226號、紅色228號、紅色405號、橙色203號、橙色204號、黄色205號、黄色401號、及藍色404號等的有機顏料)等。
通過(C)無機粉末,與(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物進行混合的步驟,及與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物進行混合、加熱的步驟,可得到本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末。
彈性體被覆無機粉末係可依習知的被覆粉末的製造方法而得。具體例方面,可列舉如:在亨舍爾混合機(Henschel mixer)中加入滑石及(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,以低速混合10分鐘。然後,在此加入(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物,以低速混合10分鐘並加熱,可得到本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末。
又,(A)成分及(B)成分的添加順序為相反亦可得到本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末。
彈性體被覆有機粉末亦可依習知的被覆粉末的製造
方法而得。
本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末因具有優異的使用感,故以調配在化妝料中為理想。化妝料並無特別限定,惟可列舉如:粉末化妝料,W/O乳化化妝料,O/W乳化化妝料,油性化妝料等。
<乾式的製造方法>
將無機粉末成分,油性成分及其它的成分預先以亨舍爾混合機混合後,以粉碎機(pulverizer)壓碎二次。然後,將所得的混合物充填於樹脂製的內皿容器,以習知的方法進行乾壓成型,即可得到本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末調配在化妝料的固形狀的粉末化妝料。
<其它的製造方法>
將本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末調配於化妝料而製造的方法方面,可使用習知的方法。例如,以專利第5422092號記載的將使用揮發性溶媒的漿液進行乾燥而製作的製造方法、以專利第5972437號記載的使用揮發性溶媒的漿液充填後除去(溶媒)而製作的製造方法亦可獲得。
彈性體被覆有機粉末,亦可用與無機粉末的情況同樣的製造方法而調配於化妝料。
本技術係將調配於化妝料中的所有的(C)無機粉末,(D)有機粉末一起施以彈性體被覆,在其中添加其它的油分亦可得到化妝料。亦即,將化妝料中的所有的無機
粉末,有機粉末預先混合,在所得的混合粉末中添加彈性體形成油分而加熱,得到彈性體被覆混合粉末之後,再調配(A)及(B)以外的油分而得到具有優異的使用觸感,掉落耐性的化妝料。
另一方面,將本技術所使用的彈性體形成油分(A)、(B)與其它的油分一起添加時,在加熱的步驟中不能得到本發明的目的之功能。
亦即,將化妝料中的無機粉末,有機粉末混合,在此將(A)、(B)及其它的油分混合而添加,加熱時,得到使用觸感,掉落耐性均低劣的化妝料。
在無損本發明的效果的質方面、量方面的範圍內,可含有(A)及(B)以外的油分。液體油脂、固體油脂、蠟、烴類、高級脂肪酸、高級醇、酯、聚矽氧、保濕劑、水溶性高分子、增黏劑、皮膜劑、紫外線吸收劑、金屬離子螯合劑、低級醇、多元醇、糖、胺基酸、有機胺、高分子乳液、pH調整劑、皮膚營養劑、抗氧化劑、抗氧化助劑、香料係可視必要而適當地調配,並隨目的之劑型以常法製造。
液體油脂方面,其例可列舉如:酪梨油、茶花油、龜油、澳洲胡桃油、玉米油、貂油、橄欖油、菜籽油、卵黄油、麻油、杏仁油、小麥胚芽油、山茶花油、蓖麻油、亞麻仁油、紅花籽油、棉仔油、紫蘇油(perilla oil)、大豆油、落花生油、茶籽油、榧子油、米糠油、中國桐油、日本桐油、荷荷芭油、胚芽油、三甘油等。
固體油脂方面,其例可列舉如:可可脂、椰子油、馬脂、硬化椰子油、棕櫚油、牛脂、羊脂、硬化牛脂、棕櫚核油、豬脂、牛骨脂、木蠟核油、硬化油、牛脚脂、木蠟、硬化蓖麻油等。
蠟類方面,其例可列舉如:蜜蠟、堪地里拉蠟(Candelilla wax)、棉蠟、巴西棕櫚蠟(Carnauba wax)、楊梅蠟、蟲白蠟、鯨蠟、褐媒蠟、米糠蠟、羊毛脂、木棉籽蠟(kapok wax)、乙酸羊毛脂、液狀羊毛脂、甘蔗蠟、羊毛脂脂肪酸異丙酯、月桂酸己酯、還原羊毛脂、荷荷芭蠟、硬質羊毛脂、蟲膠蠟、POE羊毛脂醇醚、POE羊毛脂醇乙酸酯、POE膽固醇醚、羊毛脂脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯、POE氫化羊毛脂醇醚等。
烴類油方面,其例可列舉如:液態石蠟、地蠟(ozokerite)、鯊烷、姥鮫烷、石蠟、純地蠟(serecine)、鯊烯、凡士林,微晶蠟等。
高級脂肪酸方面,其例可列舉如:月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕櫚酸、硬脂酸、二十二烷酸、油酸、十一烯酸、妥爾油酸(tall oil acid)、異硬脂酸、亞麻油酸、亞麻仁油酸、二十碳五烯酸(EPA)、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)等。
高級醇方面,其例可列舉如:直鏈醇(例如,月桂醇、鯨蠟醇、硬脂醇、二十二烷醇、肉豆蔻醇、油醇、鯨蠟硬脂醇等);分支鏈醇(例如,單硬脂基甘油醚(鯊肝醇)、2-癸基十四烷醇、羊毛脂醇、膽固醇、植固醇、己基十二烷醇、異硬脂醇、辛基十二烷醇等)等。

具體而言,可列舉如:三2-乙基己酸甘油酯、倍半異硬脂酸去水山梨糖醇等。
調配有本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末的化妝料除了彈性體被覆無機粉末以外,必要時,在無損本發明的效果的質方面、量方面的範圍內,可含有水、上述以外的粉末、界面活性劑、低級醇、多元醇、保濕劑、防腐劑、
高分子(包含覆膜劑)、抗氧化劑、香料、其它的各種藥劑等。
化妝料方面,可列舉如:粉底、眼影、腮紅、防曬乳、化妝水、美容液、面膜、卸妝液、洗面乳、護手霜、洗髮精、潤絲精等,可成為任意的製品形態,特別是適合作為粉底使用。
以下,列舉實施例以詳述本發明,但本發明並不受該等的任何限定。調配量如無特別註明,相對於該成分所調配的系係以質量%表示。
首先,說明在下面的試驗所使用的評估方法及評估基準。
<彈性體被覆試驗>
試驗方法是以目視觀察及觸感確認原來的粉末及彈性體沒有分離。又以元素分析確認裝填量有足夠量的彈性體被覆,浮在水上表現撥水性而證實有足夠量被覆。
○:粉末有彈性體被覆
×:粉末沒有彈性體被覆
首先,檢討本發明的組成物為將(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,及(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物在混合時,會成為彈性體的調配量。
下述各表所述的配方的本發明的彈性體係依照下述製造方法而調製。
<製造方法>
加入具有羧基的矽氧聚合物,及具有胺基的矽氧聚合物並加以攪拌,在105℃加熱12小時,得到本發明的彈性體。
首先,本發明者檢討,(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物會表現彈性體狀的性質的胺基與羧基的莫耳比Y/X(Y是(B)成分中所含的羧基的莫耳量,X是(A)成分中所含的胺基的莫耳量)。Y/X為由NMR所求的羧基當量、二胺基當量算出的羧基量(mmol)/胺基量(mmol)。
以下的表1及表2所示的試驗例的配方如下。
(*1)KF-8004(信越化學工業股份有限公司)
測定KF-8004的1H NMR,由來自CH3的信號,與來自-CH2-的信號的各積分值,算出二胺當量的結果是3090.4g/mol。
(*2)Sensasil PCA(Croda公司)
測定Sensasil PCA的1H NMR,由來自CH3的信號,與來自-CH2-的信號的各積分值,算出羧基當量的結果是5631g/mol。
可知在試驗例1-4至1-9的範圍成為彈性體。
因此,胺基與羧基的莫耳比係以Y/X=0.1至1.2為優異。
其次,本發明者檢討,作為其它的(B)成分,是否可由具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物取代。
(*3)含有COOH的丙烯酸聚合物為由以下的方法獲得。
將12-甲基丙烯醯胺十二烷酸(MAD)/2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚物(90/10)、12-甲基丙烯醯胺十二烷酸(MAD)18.50g(65.37mmol)、2-丙烯醯胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS:Sigma-Aldrich‧Japan公司製造)1.50g(7.24mmol)、氫氧化鈉0.29g(7.25mmol)及偶氮雙異丁腈(Nacalai Tesque公司製造)0.30g(1.83mmol),溶解於甲醇60.0g。偶氮雙異丁腈為依照常法,由甲醇再結晶後使用。
將氬氣起泡60分鐘實施脫氣,將容器以隔膜覆蓋並在60℃加熱20小時使其聚合。聚合反應結束將反應溶液滴入大量剩餘的二乙醚中再以抽吸過濾回收沈澱物。
減壓乾燥之後,得到無規狀的含有COOH的丙烯酸聚合物15.2g(收率:75.1%)。所得含有COOH的丙烯酸聚合物的重量平均分子量為50000。
由此可知,即使以具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物,亦可得到本發明的彈性體。
<彈性體被覆無機粉末>
再者,本發明者在下述中,檢討可否將本發明的彈性體被覆在各色各樣的(C)無機粉末。
<製造方法>
在亨舍爾混合機,添加(C)各種無機粉末,及具有羧基的矽氧聚合物,以低速混合10分鐘。然後,在此加入具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,以低速混合10分鐘並加熱,得到本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末。

其次,本發明者對將本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末調配於化妝料時,對所得的化妝料的使用感及掉落穩定性實施檢討。

本發明者由該等試驗例4-1至4-3可知,將本發明的彈性體被覆無機粉末調配於化妝料時,所得的化妝料之使用感及掉落穩定性極為優異。
又,由試驗例4-4可知,將滑石以外的無機粉末作為母核的彈性體被覆無機粉末調配於化妝料時,亦可得到使用感及掉落穩定性優異的化妝料。
本發明者對於作為其它的(B)成分而使用具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物的化妝料也加以檢討。
(*7)丙烯酸聚矽氧彈性體處理滑石(滑石JA-68R(A):4.5%、(B):0.5%)
由試驗例5-1可知,即使將使用具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物的彈性體被覆的無機粉末調配於化妝料,所得的化妝料的使用感及掉落穩定性亦非常優異。
再者,本發明者對於只有以(A)成分,或只有(B)成分被覆(C)無機粉末,檢討將該被膜無機粉末調配於化妝料時,可否得到發揮本發明的效果的化妝料。
由該等試驗例,即使只以(A)成分,或只以(B)成分被覆(C)無機粉末者調配於化妝料,都不能得到可發揮本發明的效果的化妝料。
又,本發明者為了要得到本發明的調配有彈性體被覆無機粉末的化妝料,對於形成彈性體的(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物的油分,及(C)無機粉末,與其它的油分之混合順序加以檢討。
在試驗例7-1中,將由滑石至無水矽酸的(C)無機粉末,與(D)有機粉末以亨舍爾混合機混合之後,添加(A)胺基改質聚矽氧再以亨舍爾混合機混合。
進一步加入(B)吡咯啶酮羧酸改質聚矽氧,以亨舍爾混合機混合之後,取出於槽中,在105℃加熱12小時,得到彈性體處理混合粉末。
將彈性體處理混合粉末及剩餘的油分以亨舍爾混合機混合之後,以粉碎機壓碎二次。
將所得的粉末充填於樹脂製的內皿容器,以習知的方法實施乾壓成型,得到固形狀的粉末化妝料。
本發明將調配於化妝料中的所有的(C)無機粉末,(D)有機粉末一起施行彈性體被覆,在此添加其它油分亦可得到化妝料。亦即,將化妝料中的所有的無機粉末,有機粉末預先混合,在所得的混合粉末加入彈性體形成油分並加熱,獲得彈性體被覆混合粉末之後,藉由調配(A)及(B)以外的油分而得到具有優異的使用觸感,掉落耐性的化妝料。(試驗例7-1)。
在試驗例7-2中,將由滑石至無水矽酸的(C)無機粉末加入於亨舍爾混合機而混合。將(A)、(B)的彈性體形成油分,與其它的油分預先混合而加入於亨舍爾混合機,混合攪拌,以粉碎機壓碎2次。將所得的粉末充填於樹脂製的內皿容器,以習知的方法實施乾壓成型,得到固形狀的粉末化妝料。
另一方面,將在本技術所使用的彈性體形成油分(A)、(B)與其它的油分一起添加的話,則在加熱的步驟中不能得到本發明的目的之功能。亦即,將化妝料中的無機粉末,有機粉末混合,在這裡添加(A)、(B)及其它的油分而混合,加熱時,得到使用觸感,掉落耐性都較差的化妝料(試驗例7-2)。
再者將(C)其它的無機粉體以彈性體被覆者調配於粉末固形化妝料時的粉末固形化妝料的配方例舉例如下。
<其它的彈性體被覆無機粉末調配化妝料的製造方法>
調配有本彈性體被覆無機粉末的粉末固形化妝料是否可使用下述製造方法而製造者進行檢討:將專利第5422092號所述的使用揮發性溶媒的漿液乾燥而製作的製造方法、將專利第5972437號所述的使用揮發性溶媒的漿液充填後除去(溶媒)而製作的製造方法。
將漿液乾燥而製作的製造方法的例
將下述配方A所示的粉末成分,油性成分及其它的成分預先以亨舍爾混合機混合之後,以粉碎機壓碎二次。將壓碎過的粉末添加於乙醇中,以分散混合機(dispermixer)混合,充填2mm φ的氧化鋯珠的介質攪拌研磨機(砂磨機;sandgrinder mill)實施壓碎/粉碎/分散而得到漿液。將漿液使用攪拌乾燥裝置(spin flash dryer,APV Nordic Anhyro公司製造),以微小液滴的狀態實施乾燥,得到乾燥粉末。將所得的乾燥粉末充填於樹脂製的內皿容器,以習知的方法實施乾壓成型,得到固形狀的粉末化妝料。
將漿液充填容器之後,除去溶媒而製作的製造方法的例
將下述配方B所示的粉末成分、油性成分以亨舍爾混合機混合後,以粉碎機壓碎二次。在此混合物添加等量的水(=揮發性分散媒),使用分散混合機混合而得到漿液。將此漿液充填於內皿,將前期溶媒吸引除去之後實施乾燥,得到固形粉末化妝料。
專利第5422092號所述的使用揮發性溶媒的漿液乾燥而製作的製造方法、專利第5972437號所述的使用揮發性溶媒的漿液充填後除去(溶媒)而製作的製造方法,二者都可得到合適的化妝料。
將(C)無機粉體以彈性體被覆者而調配於固形眼影時的粉末固形化妝料的配方例舉例如下。
Claims (9)
- 一種彈性體,其包含:(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物,及(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物,胺基與羧基的莫耳比係在Y/X=0.1至1.2的範圍(Y是(B)成分中所含的羧基的莫耳量,X是(A)成分中所含的胺基的莫耳量)。
- 一種彈性體被覆無機粉末,其係在(C)無機粉末的表面以如申請專利範圍第1項所述的彈性體被覆。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的彈性體被覆無機粉末,其中,彈性體的量相對於(C)無機粉末的量為0.5至20質量%。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項或第3項中任一項所述的彈性體被覆無機粉末,其中,(C)無機粉末為滑石、雲母、合成金雲母鐵、絹雲母、硫酸鋇、高嶺土、氧化鈦、氧化鋅、氧化鐵。
- 一種化妝料,係調配如申請專利範圍第2項至第4項中任一項所述的彈性體被覆無機粉末。
- 一種彈性體被覆有機粉末,係在(D)有機粉末的表面被覆如申請專利範圍第1項所述的彈性體。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的彈性體被覆無機粉末的製造方法,其包含:將(C)無機粉末,與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具 有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物混合的步驟,及將該混合物與(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物進行混合、加熱的步驟。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述的彈性體被覆無機粉末的製造方法,其包含:將(C)無機粉末,與(A)具有胺基的矽氧聚合物進行混合的步驟,及將該混合物與(B)具有羧基的矽氧聚合物或具有羧基的丙烯酸聚合物進行混合、加熱的步驟。
- 一種調配有彈性體被覆無機粉末之化妝料的製造方法,其包含:在如申請專利範圍第2項所述的彈性體被覆無機粉末中,再混合(A)與(B)以外的油分之步驟。
