Abstract

The flat self-opening closure for combipacks as well as for container- or bottle nozzles that are to be sealed with sheeting comprises of a pouring nozzle (3), which can be fixed tightly on the combipack or on the container- or bottle nozzles that are to be sealed with sheeting. This includes a rotary cap (1) as well as a self-opening tube (2) arranged within the pouring nozzle (3), which can be set in rotation by the rotary cap (1). The self-opening tube (2) has at its lower edge and distant from it three combined piercing and cutting elements (5, 6, 7). These are arranged at two opposite points at the circumference as well as at one point between these two. At the inner side of the self-opening tube (2), nail-shaped projections (9, 10, 11) are present, uniformly distributed along the circumference and extending towards the center of the tube, with nail shaft (12) and nail head (113). The nail shaft (12) and the lower side of the nail head of each projection act as guide for the cylinder wall segments arranged concentric to the rotating axis of the cap at the inner side of the cap lid. The rotating cap (1) is connected at its lower edge (25) through at least two material bridges (22, 23, 24), running non-radial to it and meant to act as reference breaking points, with a flat holding element (21), which can be connected to the flange (20) of the pouring nozzle (3) with the help of bolts.
