TARFNAME Özellikleri Iyilestirilmis Debriyaj Çatali TEKNIK ALAN Bulus, sanzimanli araçlarda pedal kuvvetini debriyaj bilyasina ileterek aracin vites geçislerinin gerçeklesebilmesini saglayan, dayanikliligi artirilmis, ariza veya degisim gerektiren durumlarda kolaylikla monte ve demonte edilebilen debriyaj çatali ile ilgilidir. TEKNIGIN BILINEN DURUMU Debriyaj, motorla vites kutusu (sanziman) arasindaki irtibati kesmek ve saglamak için kullanilan sistemdir. Ilk hareket esnasinda motorun hareketini tekerleklere ileterek tasitin sarsintisiz olarak harekete geçisini saglamaktadir. Bununla birlikte tasit hareket halinde iken vites degistirme durumlarinda motordan vites kutusuna hareket iletimini geçici olarak kesmektedir. Debriyajda; debriyaj pedalina basildiginda strok hareketi, debriyaj merkezi sistemiyle debriyaj çatalina iletilir. Debriyaj çatalinin hareketiyle rulman, diyafram parmaklarina baski yaparak diyafram yayin içeri dogru hareket etmesini saglar. Bu yer degistirme esnasinda diyafram manivela gibi çalisir. Diyafram yayin dis kismi ise vites kutusu tarafina dogru hareket eder. Ön yüklü pozisyonda duran serit yaylar, diyafram dengeli kalktigi için, baski plakasini vites kutusu tarafina çeker. Bu hareketle baski plakasi üzerindeki yük kalkar ve disk komplesi eksenel yönde serbest kalir. Diskin göbegine bagli bulunan priz direk üzerine, diskin bosta olmasi nedeniyle, motor torku etki etmediginden vites degistirmeye olanak saglanmis olunur. Debriyaj pedalina basilmasiyla debriyaj çatali üzerinde bulunan rulmanin diyafram yay parmaklarina dogru hareketi gerçeklesir. Bu gerçeklesen hareket sonucunda diyafram yay parmaklari içeriye dogru hareket eder ve ayirma islemi gerçeklesir. Debriyaj balatasi asindikça diyafram kavrama noktasi degismektedir. Debriyaj çatalinin bozulmasi sonucunda araçta ses sorunlari baslayabilecegi gibi bu parçada ariza olmasi durumunda arizanin durumu ve derecesine göre araç vites geçislerinde zorlanma ya da aracin tamamen hiçbir vitese geçmemesi gibi sorunlara neden olabilmektedir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda debriyaj çatali, ana gövde, mil, mili gövde içerisinde merkezleyen plastik ve mile takilan segmandan olusmaktadir. Sürücünün debriyaj pedalina basmasi ile debriyaj çatalina gelen yük, baski rulmanina iletilmekte ve zamanla gelen yükteki dengesizlikler sebebiyle debriyaj çatali içerisinde önce plastik ardindan dis gövde zarar görmektedir. Bu durum debriyaj çatalinin kirilmasi gibi sorunlara da yol açmaktadir. Bu yapilarda milde plastigin oturmasi için kademe bulunmakta olup, plastik bilesenini, merkezli montajlamak için distan pul kullanilmis ve yarim ay segman ile kapatilmistir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda yapilan literatür arastirmasinda tespit dilen TR2018 10448 tescil numarali basvuruda sanzimanli araçlarda, sanzimana bir mil ve dis segman yardimi ile monte edilen, kolay bir sekilde montajlanabilir ve sökülebilir bir yapiya sahip debriyaj çatalindan bahsedilmistir. Mevcut sistemlere göre farki milde segman kanali olmasi ve bu kanala dis segman montajlanmasidir. Ayrica gövde üzerinden segmanin kolay bir sekilde çikarilabilmesi için yarim ay seklini animsatan geometriye sahip kanal içermektedir. Teknigin bilinen durumunda yapilan literatür arastirmasinda tespit dilen CN213017361U tescil numarali faydali model dokumaninda debriyaj ayirma çatalinin asinmaya yatkin olmasi ve servis ömrünün kisa olmasi sorunlarinin; çatali iki uç kisminda bulunan kollara bilyalar konumlandirilmasi ve bilyalarin ayarli vida ile sabitlenmesi ile çözüldügünden bahsedilmektedir. Sonuç olarak yukaridaki problemlerin varligi ve mevcut çözümlerin yetersizligi debriyaj çatali ile ilgili teknik alanda bir gelistirme yapmayi zorunlu kilmistir. BULUSUN AMACI Mevcut bulus, yukarida bahsedilen gereksinimleri karsilayan, tüm dezavantajlari ortadan kaldiran ve ilave bazi avantajlar getiren debriyaj çatali ile ilgilidir. Bulusun ana amaci sanzimanli araçlarda pedal kuvvetini debriyaj bilyasina ileterek aracin vites geçislerinin gerçeklesebilmesini saglayan, dayanikliligi artirilmis, ariza veya degisim gerektiren durumlarda kolaylikla monte ve demonte edilebilen debriyaj çatali ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun amaci ana gövde içerisinde iki adet rulman vasitasiyla milin merkezlenmesi saglanarak sisteme gelen dengesiz yüklerin mekanizmaya zarar vermesini önlemis, ses problemlerinden arindirilmis ürün ömrünün artirildigi debriyaj çatali ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun diger bir amaci degistirilmesinin gerekli oldugu durumlarda isçilik ücretlerindeki artisin önüne geçen ve montaj, demontaj süresini oldukça kisalmasina imkan saglayan debriyaj çatali ortaya koymaktir. Bulusun yapisal ve karakteristik özellikleri ve tüm avantajlari asagida verilen sekiller ve bu sekillere atiflar yapilmak suretiyle yazilan detayli açiklama sayesinde daha net olarak anlasilacaktir ve bu nedenle degerlendirmenin de bu sekilleri ve detayli açiklama göz önüne alinarak yapilmasi gerekmektedir. Bulus; sanzimanli araçlarda ariza ya da degisim gerektiren durumlarda, kolay bir sekilde montajlanabilir ve sökülebilir, uzun ömürlü bir yapiya sahip debriyaj çatali (100) ile ilgilidir. Debriyaj çatalinin (100) araca montajlanmasini saglamak için mil (110) üzerindeki merkezleme deligi (111) bulunmakta olup, buradan en az bir baglanti elemani vasitasiyla araca montajlanmaktadir. Debriyaj çatalinda (100), tüm unsurlarin üzerinde konumlandigi gövde (101) bulunmakta olup, gövde (101) üzerinde iki adet rulmanin (120) konumlandirilmasi için iki adet rulman montaj yüzeyleri (101.1) olusturulmustur. Rulmanlar (120) bu olusturulmus rulman montaj yüzeylerine (101 .1) pres vasitasiyla irtibatlandirilmaktadir. Milin (110), gövde (101) içerisinde merkezlenmesini saglayan, sisteme gelen dengesiz yüklerin mekanizmaya zarar vermesi önleyen iki adet rulman (120) bulunmaktadir. Söz konusu rulmanlar (120) tercihen kapakli ve sabit bilyalidir. Mil (110) üzerinde, milin (110) eksenel ileri geri hareketi sinirlandirmak üzere segmanlarin (130) konumlandirildigi iki adet segman kanali (112) olusturulmustur. Kanala (112) montajlanan segman (130) sayesinde, milin eksenel ileri-geri hareketi sinirlandirilir. Burada bahsedilen segman (130) farkli çesitlerde olabilmekte olup, tercihen DIN 471 olmasi ile sistemin montaj ve demontajini kolaylastirmaktadir. Mevcut sistemlerde mil (110) üzerinde kademeli isleme vardir. TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TR TRDESCRIPTION Clutch Fork with Improved Features TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a clutch fork that transmits pedal force to the clutch release bearing in vehicles with transmissions, enabling gear shifts. It has increased durability and can be easily assembled and disassembled in cases of malfunction or replacement. KNOWN STATE OF THE ART The clutch is the system used to interrupt and maintain communication between the engine and the gearbox (transmission). During initial start-up, it transmits the engine's motion to the wheels, enabling the vehicle to move smoothly. Furthermore, during gear changes while the vehicle is in motion, it temporarily interrupts the transmission from the engine to the gearbox. In the clutch, when the clutch pedal is depressed, the stroke movement is transmitted to the clutch fork via the clutch central system. As the clutch fork moves, the bearing presses against the diaphragm fingers, causing the diaphragm spring to move inward. During this displacement, the diaphragm acts like a lever. The outer portion of the diaphragm spring moves toward the gearbox. The ribbon springs, which are in the preloaded position, pull the pressure plate toward the gearbox as the diaphragm lifts evenly. This movement relieves the pressure plate and frees the disc assembly axially. Because the disc is free of engine torque, it allows gear changes. When the clutch pedal is depressed, the bearing on the clutch fork moves against the diaphragm spring fingers. This movement causes the diaphragm spring fingers to move inward, disengaging the diaphragm. As the clutch disc wears, the diaphragm engagement point changes. A damaged clutch fork can cause noise issues in the vehicle, and a malfunction in this component can cause problems such as difficulty shifting gears or the vehicle's complete inability to engage any gear, depending on the severity and nature of the problem. Currently, the clutch fork consists of a main body, a shaft, the plastic part that centers the shaft within the body, and a snap ring attached to the shaft. When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the load applied to the clutch fork is transmitted to the thrust bearing. Over time, the resulting load imbalances damage the plastic part within the clutch fork, followed by the outer casing. This can lead to issues such as clutch fork breakage. In these structures, the shaft has a step for seating the plastic. An external washer is used to center the plastic component and is sealed with a half-moon ring. In the application with registration number TR2018 10448, which was identified in a literature research conducted in the state of the art, it describes a clutch fork that is mounted to the transmission with the help of a shaft and an outer circlip, and has an easily mountable and detachable structure in vehicles with transmission. Its difference compared to existing systems is that there is a circlip groove in the shaft and the outer circlip is mounted in this groove. In addition, it includes a channel with a geometry reminiscent of a half-moon shape in order to easily remove the circlip from the body. In the utility model document with registration number CN213017361U, which was identified in a literature research conducted in the state of the art, it is stated that the clutch release fork is prone to wear and has a short service life; It is said that this problem is solved by positioning balls on the arms located at both ends of the fork and securing the balls with an adjustable screw. As a result, the existence of the above problems and the inadequacy of existing solutions have necessitated a development in the technical field related to the clutch fork. PURPOSE OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a clutch fork that meets the above-mentioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages. The main purpose of the invention is to provide a clutch fork that enables gear shifts in vehicles with transmission by transmitting pedal force to the clutch release bearing, has increased durability, and can be easily assembled and disassembled in cases of malfunction or need for replacement. The purpose of the invention is to provide a clutch fork that prevents damage to the mechanism from unbalanced loads by centering the shaft within the main body using two bearings, eliminates noise problems, and extends product life. Another purpose of the invention is to create a clutch fork that prevents increased labor costs when replacement is necessary and allows for significantly shorter assembly and disassembly times. The structural and characteristic features of the invention, as well as all its advantages, will be more clearly understood through the figures provided below and the detailed explanation provided, which includes references to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should also be made taking these figures and the detailed explanation into account. A centering hole (111) is provided on the shaft (110) to enable the clutch lever (100) to be mounted to the vehicle, and it is mounted to the vehicle from there using at least one fastener. The clutch lever (100) includes a housing (101) on which all components are positioned, and two bearing mounting surfaces (101.1) are created to position two bearings (120) on the housing (101). The bearings (120) are connected to these bearing mounting surfaces (101.1) by means of a press. There are two bearings (120) that ensure the centering of the shaft (110) within the housing (101) and prevent damage to the mechanism from unbalanced loads on the system. These bearings (120) are preferably capped and have fixed ball bearings. Two snap ring channels (112) are formed on the shaft (110) into which snap rings (130) are positioned to limit the axial reciprocating motion of the shaft (110). The snap ring (130) mounted in the channel (112) limits the axial reciprocating motion of the shaft. The snap ring (130) mentioned here can be of different types, preferably DIN 471, facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the system. In existing systems, the shaft (110) is machined in stages.
