Abstract

Mevcut buluş, üretim esnasında köpürebilmede bir azalmadan veya kalıplama esnasında kaynaşabilirlikte bir azalmadan mustarip olmayan ve sürtünme sesi çıkarmayan kalıplanmış bir ürün üretmek için kullanılabilen genleştirilmiş poliolefin reçine partikülleri sağlar. Genleştirilmiş poliolefin reçine partikülleri, su ve/veya inorganik bir gaz kullanılarak, bir poliolefin reçine (a), belirli maddeleri ihtiva eden bir karışımın ısıtılmasıyla ve yoğrulmasıyla elde edilen bir ürün (b) ve bir su emici madde (c) ihtiva eden poliolefin reçine partiküllerinin genleştirilmesiyle elde edilir.
