Abstract

Psödomonik asit A (mupirocin) hazirlamak için gelistirilmis bir fermantasyon islemi açiklanmistir Metabolik olarak kontrol edilen fermantasyon islemi, yaklasik 20 C-30 C sicaklikta sivi içi bir ortam içinde Pseudomonas sp. türü kültürü yapilmasini saglar Fermantasyon ortaminin pH'i bu ortama özümlenebilir bir karbon kaynagi, bir mineral tuz veya bir asidik/alkali çözelti beslenmesi yoluyla yaklasik 5,5-6,0 olarak ayarlanir Buna göre olusan fermantasyon sivisi, ana bilesen olarak daha büyük miktarda yüksek saflikta psödomonik asit A içerir Fermantasyon sivisinda kirlilik olarak mevcut psödomonik asit B miktan kayda deger ölçüde düsürülür.
