Abstract
Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmis yeni SMP proteinlerini sifreleyen SMP nükleik asit molekülleri adli izole edilmis nükleik asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir. Bulus anti duyarli nükleik asit molekülleri, SMP nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birlestirici tanim vektörleri ve tanim vektörlerinin yerlestirildigi kontakçi hücreler de saglar. Hali hazirda bulus ayrica izole edilmis SMP proteinleri, mutasyon geçirmis SMP proteinleri, füzyon proteinleri,antijenik pepetitler ve bu organizmadaki SMP genlerinin genetik mühendisligine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bilesigin C. Glutamicum'dan üretiminin gelistirilmesine yönelik metotlar saglar.SMP nucleic acid molecules encoding new SMP proteins derived from Corynebacterium glutamicum are described forensically isolated nucleic acid molecules. The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing SMP nucleic acid molecules, and contactor cells in which expression vectors are located. Based on the genetic engineering of SMP proteins, mutated SMP proteins, fusion proteins, antigenic pepets and also isolated inventions, present methods provide for the development of a desired compound from C. Glutamicum.
