Abstract

Corynebacterium glutamicum'dan türetilmiş yeni SRT proteinlerini şifreleyen SRT nükleik asit molekülleri adlı izole edilmiş nükleik asit molekülleri tarif edilmektedir. Buluş anti duyarlı nükleik asit molekülleri, SRT nükleik asit molekülleri ihtiva eden yeniden birleştirici tanım vektörleri ve tanım vektörlerinin yerleştirildiği konakçı hücreler de sağlar. Hali hazırda buluş ayrıca izole edilmiş SRT proteinleri, mutasyon geçirmiş SRT proteinleri, fuzyon proteinleri, antijenik peptitler ve bu organizmadaki SRT genlerinin genetik mühendisliğine dayanarak arzu edilen bir bileşiğin C.
