Abstract
Bulusun konusu, poliolefin atiklarin hidrokarbonlara dönüstürülmesi metodu ve bu metodu gerçeklestirecek makinedir. Bu metoda göre, parçalanmis poliolefin islenmemis maddesi bir reaktörde, 600 C'nin altinda bir dereceye, sement, agir metal silikatlari ve rezinatlari ve bunlarin karisimindan olusan bir gruptan seçilen, poliolefin islenmemis maddenin agirliginin %30'unun altinda, tercihen %5-10'u agirlikta bir miktarda katalizör katilimi ile, derecesi artirilarak isitilir. Poliolefin atiklarin hidrokarbonlara dönüstürülmesi için yapilmis bu makinede dikey tank seklinde reaktör bulunur. Bu reaktörün, tanki asagidan çevreleyen yanma odasi (8) seklinde bir isitma sistemi vardir. Yanma odasinda (8), reaksiyon sonucu olusmus ürünler en az bir yakici (9) ile isitilir. Yanma odasinda tankin çevresinde, simetrik olarak, tercihen birkaç sira halinde, dagitilmis isitma borulari (10) bulunmaktadir.
