Abstract
Lüteojenik hormon analoglari gibi tip ilaçlarini sürekli olarak salabilen ve bunlari yüksek içerik oranlarinda muhafaza eden salimi uzatilmis bir mikroküre açiklanmaktadir. Bu, bir laktid ve glikolid kopolimerinin metilen kloridde, bir lüteojenik hormon salan hormon analogunun ve bir salmayi kontrol eden maddenin bir yardimci solventte, eritilmesi, ve bu iki solüsyonun birlestirilerek bir emülsiyon fazi üretilmesi; emülsiyon fazinin damitilmis suda bir polivinil alkol solüsyonunda dispersiyonuyla tek bir emülsiyon sistemi elde edilmesi; emülsiyon fazinin kombine solventinin çikartilarak bir polimerik mikroküre üretilmesi; ve bu polimerik mikrokürenin dondurularak-kurutulmasi yoluyla hazirlanir. Hazirlanan mikrokürenin çok ince bir iç yapisi olmasi sayesinde sabit bir salma orani vardir.
