Abstract

"MICROESFERAS DE LIBERAçãO PROLONGADA ENCAPSULANDO ANáLOGOS DE HORMÈNIO LIBERADOR DE HORMÈNIO LUTEINIZANTE E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR MICROESFERAS DE LIBERAçãO PROLONGADA". Sendo que a presente patente prevê microesferas de liberação prolongada que podem liberar constante drogas medicinais, como por exemplo análogos de hormónio liberador de hormónio luteinizante e encapsula-los a altas velocidades de conteúdo. Elas são preparadas dissolvendo um copolímero de lactídeo e glicolídeo em cloreto de metileno, dissolvendo um análogo de hormónio liberador de hormónio luteinizante e um material controlador de liberação em um solvente subsidiário, combinando as duas soluções acima uma com a outra para produzir uma fase de emulsão, dispersando a fase de emulsão numa solução de álcool polivinílico em água destilada para dar um sistema único de emulsão, removendo o solvente combinado da fase de emulsão para gerar uma esfera polimérica; secando por congelamento as microesferas poliméricas. As microesferas preparadas têm estrutura interna muito mais fina, em virtude do que as microesferas são seguras em uma velocidade de liberação constante. O sistema de emulsão único que simplifica a preparação, permite a manutenção do controle de droga de 10% ou mais. Os grupos carregados dos materiais de controle de liberação associados com os polímeros minimizam a liberação excessiva das drogas de carga oposta a um estágio inicial, desempenhando um papel importante e mantendo a velocidade de liberação constante.
