Abstract
Bulus, özellikle misir ve soya fasulyesi gibi tahillarin, nisasta ve protein çikarma becerisi ve geri kazanimini artirmak için tioredoksin ve/veya tioredoksin redüktazdan faydalanan yeni tahil isleme metotlarini temin eder. Bulus, ayrica termostabil tioredoksin ve/veya tioredoksin redüktaz ekspresyonu yapan yeni transgenik bitkileri de temin eder.The invention provides new grain processing methods that utilize thioredoxin and / or thioredoxin reductase to increase the ability and recovery of grains, especially corn and soybeans, to remove starch and protein. The invention also provides novel transgenic plants that express thermostable thioredoxin and / or thioredoxin reductase.
