Yüksek dolgu tabakalar, helezoni bir sekle sahip iki bilesenli liflerle, mekanik olarak kivriklastirilmis dolgu liflerinden olusan ve ayrica tercihen baglayici lifler içeren bir harmani kullanarak, liflerden olusan bir veya daha fazla agin hazirlanmasi için taramayi içeren bir islemle hazirlanirlar; tabakanin olusturulmasi için çapraz bindirme öncesi liflerin ag(lar)daki yönleri tercihen rasgele dagitilir; bunu, tercihen reçine püskürtme ve sertlestirme izler; bu sekilde yüksekligin, birlestirilmis tabakadaki liflere sabitlenen farkli kivrim sekilleriyle ve/veya rasgele dagitilmis yönlerle arttirildigi, birlestirilmis bir tabaka saglanir.
