Изобретение относитс к защите оборудовани химической, нефтехимической и других отраслей промышленности от избыточного давлени ,а име но к способам изготовлени предохра нительных мембран. Известен способ изготовлени пре дохранительных мембран с рисками, который заключаетс в том, что риски получают механическим резанием или штамповкой 1. Недостатком этого способа вл етс нестабильность давлени срабатывани мембран. Это обуславливаетс тем, что при серийном произведет ве трудно добитьс высокой точности глубины риски на тонком металлопрокате от целых до сотых долей миллиметра . Известен также способ изготовлени предохранительных мембран с ри ками, включающий нанесение коррозио ностойкого материала на часть повер ности мембраны, причем форма непокрытой части соответствует форме получаемых рисок, с последующим воз действием на мембрану коррозионной среды| 2. Недостаток известного способа со тоит в том, что мембраны имеют нестабильность давлени срабатывани , так как глубина рисок, всецело определ юща давление срабатывани мембЬраны , зависит не .только от времени выдержки в коррозионной среде, но и от температуры среды, от ее концентрации , котора измен етс при обработг ке каждой последующей партии мембраны , и от многих других трудно учитываемых факторов. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение стабильности давлени срабатыв ани мембра ны. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что на поверхность другой стороны мембраны нанос т сплошное коррозионностойкое покрытие, а воздействие коррозионной средой осуществл ют до коррозии материала незащищенного участка мембраны насквозь, без последующего удалени коррозионностойкого покрыти . The aim of the invention is to increase the stability of the pressure of the membrane. This goal is achieved by applying a continuous corrosion-resistant coating to the surface of the other side of the membrane, and applying the corrosive environment to the corrosion of the material of the unprotected part of the membrane through, without subsequent removal of the corrosion-resistant coating.
