Изобретение относитс к составам глазурей дл керамических изделий. Известна глазурь 1, включающа вес.%: SiOa40-55 8-18 15-30 2-4 4-7 :1-3 0,1-9,0 0,1-9,0 и, кроме того, по крайней мере один окисел из группы , Li.jO, MgO, Cu COgOg, WOg, MoOg 0,1-2. Известна также глазурь 2, соде жаща , вес.%: SiOg51,46-52,24 7,82-7,94 0,48-0,4 TiOa0,13-0,14 CaO7,23-7,33 MgO1,37-1,39 0,74-0,75 1,82-3,97 17,06-17,3 Zr02 5 -11,89 Температура обжига 940-1140C, термический- коэффициент линейного р ширени (ТКЛР) 5,26 10гpaд Указанные гла.зури имеют повышенную температуру обжига и обладают недостаточно высоким ТКЛР. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение температуры обжига и повышение ТКЛР. Указанна цель достигаетс тем, что глазурь, включающа SiO , AlgO, ZrO, , Na2O, CaO, содержит указанные компоненты в следующих количествах , вес.%: SiO2.33,0-40,0 ,5-11,5 ZrOa13,2-18,0 В Оз18,5-22,5 ,0-6,0 СаО11,0-15,0 Глазурь готов т по обычной техноогии . Варку фритты ведут при 13001350с в течение 3-4 ч. Фритту грануируют в воде и мокрым помолом в шаовых мельницах изготавливают шликер, оторый нанос т на поверхность издеий . Температура обжига глазури 920- 80°С. В таблице приведены состав глазури ее свойства.
