Description

Однако в промышленной практике искусственна  карбонизаци  до насто щего времени не получила Ш;ирокого применени , вследствие трудности равномерной карбонизации по всей толщине издели .It is known that the carbonization of products made from lime mortar significantly increases their mechanical strength. Various methods have been proposed for the artificial carbonation of such products. However, in industrial practice, artificial carbonization has hitherto not been obtained, but due to the difficulty of uniform carbonization throughout the thickness of the product.

It is proposed to carry out artificial carbonization of products from concrete, mortars and compositions on calcareous in a gang at atmospheric pressure, after pre-suspending the products until they reach a porosity of approximately 10% by volume. The advantage of the proposed pre-puster construction parts (directly to manufacture them) is that if the thin-walled parts are evenly poured, interconnecting pores are formed that allow carbon dioxide to penetrate the entire thickness of the product and at the same time evenly distribute moisture released during carbonization.

A preliminary test of the proposed carbonization method found that when the closed chamber was filled (at atmospheric pressure) with cold and warm solutions with drying by the above method, an intense absorption of carbon dioxide was observed, accompanied by the generation of heat and the formation of a rarefied space in the carbonization chamber with insufficient CO.

The mechanical strength of carbonized specimens increases significantly.

For carbonisation, waste gases of lime-burning kilns can be used.

409Example. The 7x7x7 cm cubes and eights are made by ramming on a copra with the following data: the aggregate is crushed stone and sand, known to the shell rock; lime lime 2 grade at the rate of 250 kg per 1 m of dense body. Molding moisture 20%. Drying pro409

It was worn out both natural and artificial at 40 ° to a state of residual moisture of 10%. Carbonization occurred in a sealed chamber at atmospheric pressure and room temperature. The concentration of carbon dioxide was maintained at 30%, which roughly corresponds to the concentration of carbon dioxide in the flue gases of a shaft kiln for lime burning.

After carbonization for 8 hours, the samples were tested: the average compressive strength of the samples was 80 kg / cm, and 14 kg / cm for a distance.
