Из лресспорошка прессуют плитки размером 156Х XI56X5 мм при давлении 200 кг/см на прессе «Робот. Плитки высушивают в радиационном сушиле при 120°С и обжигают в капсел х в туннельной печи. Максимальна  температура обжига 1100°С, врем  - 44 ч. После первого обжига плитки имеют хороший внешний вид, брак, св занный с треш,инообразованием при обжиге, отсутствует, усадка плиток составл ет 0,5%, водопоглош,ение 18%, предел прочности при изгибе 125 кг/см.The grinding and mixing of the components is carried out in a ball mill to a residue of 3% on sieve No. 006.
