Технологи приготовлени композиции заключаетс в следующем. Готов т рассчитанное количество св зующего, дл чего мо- чевиноформальдегиднофурановую смолу и хлористый аммоний тщательно перемешивают в течение 2-3 мин. Дл обеспечени однородности отдельно готов т заполнитель путем перемешивани рассчитанного количества песка и фосфогипса. Затем заполнитель и все компоненты тщательно перемешивают в течение 3-5 мин дополнительно. Полученную, композицию укладывают в формы, уплотн ют и выдерживают , например, в сушильном шкафу при 70°С в течение 2 ч.
