Устройство, содержащее накопительную емкость t с сифоном 2 и подвод щий патрубок 4, снабжено перегородкой 5, установленной-с возможностью разделени накопительной емкости на две равные части, и дополнительным сифоном 3. При этом сифоны установлены на одном уровне относительно перегородки 5.
