Изобретение относитс к черной металлургии, в частности к составу хромистой ферритной стали, предназначенной дл работы при повышенных температурах (1100-1300°С), дл изготовлени литых роликов, поддонов, корзин, лодочек и других печных инструментов , работающих в услови х периодического нагрева и охлаждени , пригодно дл изготовлени литых нагревателей электросопротивлени .The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular, to the composition of chromic ferritic steel intended for operation at elevated temperatures (1100-1300 ° C), for the manufacture of cast rollers, pallets, baskets, boats and other furnace tools operating under conditions of periodic heating and cooling, suitable for the manufacture of cast resistive heaters.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the heat resistance and serviceability of steel at temperatures up to 1300 C.
In tab. 1 shows the chemical composition of the bottoms of the proposed and famous steel.
Boats with a size of mm and a height of 120 mm and a wall thickness of 3.5 to 4.5 mm for sintering powder products are cast by vacuum-film forming. The pouring temperature of steel is 1600-1620 ° С.
Testing of heat resistance, operational durability is carried out directly in production conditions at continuous sintering furnaces with protective atmosphere at a temperature of 1100-1300 ° C, dwell time during heating for 4 hours and duration of one heat shift 12 hours.
Heat resistance is determined by the loss of metal mass in scale, g / mg / h, and operational durability is determined by the amount of heat mixture until the occurrence of high-temperature cracks and their growth in tense places.
In tab. 2 shows the properties of steel
From the data abl. 2 it follows that the heat resistance and operational durability of the proposed steel exceeds by 25-40 and 30-40%, respectively, the properties of the known steel.
