Abstract
FIELD: hydrometallurgy. SUBSTANCE: ore containing 3.8 g gold/l and 35% clay is subjected for wet grinding and classified. Alloy and sands of classifier are reprocessed separately. Fraction 0.071 mm is isolated from pouring liquid by hydrocycloning and screening and fed its for gold sorption, and saturated resin - for electrolysis. Gold extraction is 49.8%. Classifier sands are ground additionally and classified repeatedly from classifier pouring, and after hydrocycloning and screening fraction 0.16 ± 0.071 mm is separated. The latter is subjected for sorption cyaniding following by electrolytic isolation of gold. GOLD extraction from the crystalline phase is 37.7%. Total gold extraction is 86.6% that more by 1.6% as compared with prototype. Stage number at the step of sorption cyaniding is decreased from 9 to 6. EFFECT: intensification of process, decreased gold loss with "tails" of crystalline fraction. 2 tbl
