Abstract
Изобретение относитс к гидротехнике и может быть использовано дл очистки жидкости производственных сточных вод в различных отрасл х промышленности. Цель - интенсификаци процесса очистки фильтрующего элемента. Устройство содержит корпус 1, подвижный эластичный конический фильтрующий элемент (ФЭ) 2, входной осевой 3, выходной 4 и сливной 5 патрубки, коническую подвижную насадку 6 со скребками 7. ФЭ 2 снабжен пружиной 8. Исходна жидкость поступает по патрубку 3 в корпус 1, фильтруетс через ФЭ 2 и отводитс через патрубок 4. Часть жидкости направл етс к патрубку 5, смыва осадок с внутренней стенки ФЭ 2 и привод в движение насадку 6 за счет воздействи на скребки, которые одновременно удал ют осадок с ФЭ 2. При засорении ФЭ 2 сопротивление его увеличиваетс , что также увеличивает поток жидкости к патрубку 5 за счет перемещени ФЭ 2, преодолевающей сопротивление пружины 8. 2 ил.The invention relates to hydraulic engineering and can be used to purify industrial wastewater liquids in various industries.
