Abstract

Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и надежности эксплуатации сортировки за счет уменьшени веро тности забивани ситового барабана. Сортировка состоит из корпуса 1 с патрубками дл подвода 2 исходной суспензии, отвода 3 отсортированной суспензии и отходов 4. В корпусе установлен образующий с ним кольцевую полость 5 ситовой барабан 6. В кольцевой разделительной перегородке 7 выполнена щель 8, сообщающа полость ситового барабана 6 с кольцевой полостью 5. Сортировка снабжена коллектором 9, сообщающим патрубок 2 с кольцевой полостью 5 посредством окон 10 и 11, и коллектором 12, соедин ющим патрубок 3 с торцовыми полост ми 13 и 14, сообщающимис с полостью 5. Барабан 6 может быть смонтирован на приводном валу 15 либо закреплен на корпусе. Сортировка может быть снабжена размещенными в полости вращающегос барабана 6 и закрепленными на корпусе 1 стационарными лопаст ми 16. 5 ил.The invention relates to fiber sorting means that can be used in the pulp and paper industry.
