Доступ к кисте осуществл ют путем углового разреза в области преддверь полости рта, горизонтальна часть которого проходит по границе подвижной и неподвижной слизистой оболочки альвеол рного отростка в пределах одного здорового зуба с каждой стороны от причинного. Вертикальный разрез провод т из медиальной точки горизонтального разреза. Отслаивают слизисто-надкостничный лоскут. Производ т вскрытие костной полости, удал ют оболочку кисты. С целью профилактики рецидива кисты выступающую часть корн причинного зуба осторожно и тщательно обрабатывают бором так, чтобы на нем не осталось обрывков гранул ционной ткани оболочки кисты. Костную полость обрабатывают раствором антисептика, высушивают тампоном, плотно заполн ют консервированным аллогенным плацентарным трансплантатом так, чтобы выступающа в костную полость часть корн находилась в трансплантате, лоскут укладывают на место , фиксируют узловыми швами наглухо.The cyst is accessed by an angular incision in the region of the oral cavity, the horizontal part of which passes along the border of the movable and immobile mucous membrane of the alveolar process within one healthy tooth on each side of the causal tooth.
