Капроно- выми-нит ми проведено ст гивание подлежащих тканей кзади и кверху, кзади, кзади и книзу до расправлени глубоких складок кожи, носогубных борозд и смещени свисающих тканей подподбородочной области и нижних отделов щек. Последовательно кожно-жировые лоскуты ушиты с нат жением их подкожными швами капроном и расi правлением до: полного исчезновени складок кожи. Избытки кожи иссечены, наложены швы на кра раны леской. Заживление первичным нат жением. Швы сн ты на 6-е сутки. Проведен курс физиолечени (уль0 тразвук, кварц) и массажа. Выписана 15.03.88 г. Капроновыми нит ми подшиты подлежа0 щие ткани (ст нуты) кзади, кзади и кверху, кзади и книзу до устранени глубоких носогубных борозд, свисани тканей подбородка и расправлени глубоких складок кожи.
