Изобретение относитс к бытовой технике , а именно к скороваркам. Цель изобретени - повышение удобства в пользовании. Скороварка содержит корпус 1, крышку 2 и узел запирани крышки 2, включающий упорную пластину 3 и полукольцо 4 из материала с термической пам тью формы. Крышка 2 имеет стержень 5. В упорной пластине 3 выполнено центральное отверстие. Полукольцо 4 расположено на упорной пластине 3, а стержень 5 размещен в отверстии пластины 3 и соединен с полукольцом 4.
