Цель изобретени  - повышение производительности и качества перемешивани  материалов . Компоненты смеси подаютс  в загрузочное окно 5 в зону верхнего дроблени  и перемешивани . Лопасти 8 режут массу тонкими дол ми. Одногрзннои заточкой масса выноситс  в нижнюю зону смешивани . Лопасти 10 вращаютс  в противоположную сторону и создают встречный поток дл  смешивани . Готова  смесь подаетс  в приемный бункер 22.
