Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технике сушки и может быть использовано в различных отрасл х промышленности. Цель изобретени - интенсификаци процесса сушки и повышение ее равномерности. Установка состоит из теплогенератора 1, воздуходувки 2,с эксгаустера 3, питател 4 сыпучего материала и пневмосушилки 5 Последн имеет спиральную пневмотрубу 6, обечайки 7 и 8, теплообменник с центральной трубой 10, насадкой-завихрителем 11 потока и ребрами 9. Пневмотруба с обечайками образуют камеру 12, в верхней части которой расположена выхлопна труба 13 с жалюзийным отводом 14 и дроссельной заслонкой 15 Надсепарационным пространством камеры 12 расположен двухходовой регенеративный теплообменник 16. Коническа часть обечайки 7 имеет патрубок 17 и выгрузное устройство 18. Внутренн обечайка 8 в нижней цилиндрической части 19 имеет профилированную винтообразную поверхность с каналами, совпадающими с направлением потока, образованного насадкой-завихрителем 11.1 з. п. ф-лы, 8 ил.This invention relates to a drying technique and can be used in various industries.
