Description
The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, namely to the composition of the alloyed steel for welded loaded parts, which are subjected to vibration and dynamic loads, and which are subject to increased strength and toughness.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the technological properties.
Smelting of steel produced in open induction furnaces. Before testing, castings and samples were subjected to heat treatment according to the mode: normalization from 900 ± 10 ° С and tempering at 690 ± 10 ° С for 2.5-3.0 hours. Operating properties were determined on the castings, and mechanical properties were determined on the samples steels.
Welded billets were obtained by friction welding of high-speed steel Р6М5 with steel of the experimental heats, after which they were subjected to heat treatment — annealing at 840 ° С.
1.Experimental baths of the chemical compositions shown in Table 1 were used for the tests.
2.Technological, mechanical and operational properties of steels experienced melts are given in table 2.
The use of the proposed steel allows improving the quality of welded metal-cutting tools and other welded loaded parts.
