Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  стыковки резинотросовой ленты. Цель - повышение надежности стыковки. Устройство включает соединительную планку (СП) 1, накладку 2 с фиксирующим элементом (ФЭ) 3. При этом СП 1 выполнена из двух частей с встречно направленными в горизонтальной плоскости и соединенными посредством полки 6 Т-образными основани ми 5. Основани  5 имеют скосы, образующие между собой верхний и нижний клиновидные пазы 7. Пазы 7 встречно направлены своими меньшими сечени ми. Дл  этого ФЭ 3 выполнена в виде установленных с возможностью размещени  в пазах 7 клиновидных выступов. В СПОСОБ 1 имеютс  отверсти  8, которые расположены между полкой 6 и Т-образными основани ми 5. При разделке ленты тросы пропускают в отверсти  8 СП 1, отгибают в клиновидных пазах 7, а затем расклинивают ФЭ 3.
