На смешение подают кремнезем и углеродсодержащие материалы и дополнительно пек в количестве 19 - 33 мас.%. Пример. Смешивают 5 кг древесного угл и 3 кг нефтекокса фракции - 5 мм + 0 мм с 15 кг кварцевого песка, В смесь добавл ют 7 кг (23,3 мас.%) каменноугольного пека (температура разм гчени 73°С). Смесь нагревают со скоростью 23 град/мин до 220°С. Нагретую смесь брикетируют на валковом прессе при давлении 150 кг/см2. После остывани испытывают механическую прочность брикетов при раздавливании их на гидравлическом прессе. Механическа прочность брикетов равна 60-70 кг/см2. Термическую прочность брикетов испытывают , помеща их в печь, нагретую до 1000°С, на 10 мин.
