Изобретение относитс к химико-фармацевтической промышленности и касаетс способа получени масл ной эмульсии. Цель - повышение усточивости целевого продукта. Раствор метилцеллюлозы эмульгируют с абрикосовым маслом в течение 6 - 10 мин при 20 - 27°С, полученную первичную эмульсию разбавл ют при перемешивании раствором натри бромида и стерилизуют вод ным паром под давлением. Эмульси , полученна предлагаемым способом, не разрушаетс при комнатной температуре в течение 3 мес цев. 1 табл.This invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and concerns a method for producing an oil emulsion. Пример 1.В фарфоровую ступку помещают 5,0 г 3,5%-ного раствора метил- целлюлозы (или 5%-ного раствора МЦ-16 или 4,5%-ного раствора МЦ-35, или 4%-ного раствора МЦ-100) и эмульгируют с помощью фарфорового пестика, прибавл част ми 5,0 г абрикосового масла, в течение 6 мин (при использовании в качестве эмульгатора 5%-ного раствора МЦ-16 или 4,5%-ного раствора МЦ-35, или 4%-ного раствора МЦ-100 эмульгируют в течение 7-10 мин) до получени первичной эмульсии. Первичную эмульсию разбавл ют, прибавл част ми при перемешивании раствор 1,0 г (0,05-1,0 г) натри бромида в 40,0 г дистиллированной воды. Раствор разливают в скл нки, укупоривают под обкатку и стеризируют в паровом стерилизаторе при (120 ±2)° С в течение 8 мин.Example 1.
