Изобретение относитс к промышленности строительных материалов, преимущественно к теплообменным устройствам вращающихс печей при производстве цементного клинкера, позвол ет достичь повышение эффективности теплообмена и пылеулавливани . Циклон содержит цилин- дроконический корпус 1 с течкой 2, осевую выхлопную трубу 4 и тангенциальный входной патрубок 3, нижний торец выхлопной трубы заглушен, а в боковой поверхности выполнены отверсти , расположенные по касательной к внутренней поверхности выхлопной трубы, и имеют направление, обратное циркул ции пылегазовой смеси, в течке циклона в средней части установлена конусообразна диафрагма 6, имеюща угол раскрыти а 10-60°, нижн полость которой соединена с верхней полостью и выхлопной трубой циклона двум обводными трубками 7,8. Верхний конец обводной трубки 7, соедин ющий нижнюю и верхнюю полости диафрагмы, расположен по ходу материала и на рассто нии не больше одного диаметра диафрагмы над ее нижним отверстием . 3 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to the building materials industry, primarily to heat exchangers of rotary kilns in the production of cement clinker, which makes it possible to achieve an increase in the efficiency of heat exchange and dedusting.
