Abstract
Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, а именно к прессованию металлов и может быть использовано в цехах металлургических заводов. Цель изобретени - повышение уровн техники безопасности. Заготовку 1 устанавливают на матрицу. На верхнем торце заготовки размещают ложную шайбу 2, за которой устанавливают дополнительную металлическую буферную шайбу 3. К концу прессовани буферна шайба 3, заполн матричную воронку и формоизмен сь, поглощает кинетическую энергию подвижных частей пресса, тем самым исключа их удар о неподвижные части. Высоту каждой шайбы рассчитывают по математическим формулам , приведенными в описании. 3 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to the pressing of metals and can be used in the shops of metallurgical plants.
