Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к гастроэнтерологии. Цель - повышение воспроизводимости. Выключенной петлей тонкой кишки обхватывают избранный дл обтурации участок кишки, провед ее через "окно" в бессосудистой зоне брыжейки последней. Концы выключенной петли тонкой кишки вывод т на передне-боковую стенку живота в виде двух губовидных свищей. Спуст 3 - 4 недели через свищи и соответственно полость выключенной петли тонкой кишки провод т резиновый зонд, при подт гивании которого кишка в избранном дл исследовании месте прижимаетс к передне-боковой стенке живота. Концы резинового зонда в нат нутом состо нии зав зывают на марлевом валике. Способ позвол ет регулировать врем непроходимости и воспроизводить модель многократно.The invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology. The goal is to increase reproducibility.
