Abstract
Изобретение относитс к промышленности строительства и стройматериалов, в частности к стекольной. Изобретение позвол ет повысить производительность процесса за счет сокращени его продолжительности. Предлагаетс использование индукционного нагрева форм 3 при прохождении их через зону 8 предварительного нагрева и зону 9 кристаллизации термокамеры 7. При индукционном нагреве формы 3, наход сь в зоне действи индукционных нагревателей 14 и 15, нагреваютс до температуры кристаллизации, котора поддерживаетс комбинированными плоско-кольцевыми нагревател ми 16 при шаговом перемещении форм 3 по устройству 2 шагового перемещени . При этом сначала происходит косвенный нагрев материала в формах при индуцировании в них тока с расплавлением материала в сло х, соприкасающихс с формой 3, а затем пр мой индукционный нагрев материала по расплаву. 4 ил.The invention relates to the construction industry and building materials, in particular to the glass industry.
