Abstract
FIELD: grinding equipment. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of acting upon placed in mutual contact layers of metallic binder, powder of superhard material and substrate material by high pressure and temperature. Novelty is material of substrate being mixture of diamond, cubic 777 borum nitride or said mixture containing 35-65% of components of metallic binder with melting temperature being higher than that of metallic binder by 5-15% and with particle size 50-600 micrometers. Heating is realized until melting temperature of metallic binder at rate 150-350 C/s and then pressure is lowered until atmospheric one for 1-3 s. EFFECT: enhanced operational characteristics. 1 dwg
