Abstract
Description
Изобретениеотноситс к области переработки отходов и может быть использовано в металлургической промышленности ,The invention relates to the field of recycling and can be used in the metallurgical industry,
The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of briquettes by hydrating free lime.
According to the proposed method, waste in the form of dust containing free lime and metallic inclusions, for example, collected from filters, is moistened with water in an amount of 2-8% of the total mass, preferably 3-6%, or subjected to steam treatment. In this case, free lime is subjected to hydration. Then, the resulting mass is mixed with metallic chips with a particle length of 7–30 mm, preferably 7–15 mm in a ratio of (70: 20) - (30: 60), after which the binder is added from 2 to 10%, preferably from 3 to 60% of the total mass of waste.
The resulting mass is molded into briquettes in a roller press with a force of 20–80 kN per centimeter of the length of the working section of the rolls, preferably 30–40 kN per centimeter of the length of the working section of the vapkas and kept at room temperature for 1-2 days.
The hydration of free lime increases the strength of the briquettes, since this prevents the destruction of the absorption of moisture from the air by free lime.
The strength of the briquettes is further increased and reaches a compressive strength of 175 DN per briquette due to their reinforcement with chips. At the same time, this makes it possible to introduce into the briquetted mass up to 70% of the total mass of waste in the form of a pie, which significantly exceeds the amount of waste of other types.
The economic effect of implementing the invention is provided by increasing the strength of the briquettes.
