Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, in particular to methods of examining patients suffering from angiopathies. The purpose of the invention is to simplify diagnosis and eliminate side reactions by assessing peripheral blood circulation by infrared thermography before administration and after administration of an individually selected insulin dose. Diabetic angiopathy is ascertained if the temperature of the examined skin area increases after the administration of the sugar-reducing agent.

The invention relates to medicine and to the methods of examining patients used in angiology.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify diagnosis and eliminate adverse reactions by assessing peripheral blood circulation using infrared thermography before administration and after administration of an individually selected insulin dose.
The method is carried out as follows.
Обследование провод т после установлени клинической формы сахарного диабета на фоне терапии сахароснижающими препаратами (инсулин).The examination is carried out after establishing the clinical form of diabetes mellitus during therapy with glucose-lowering drugs (insulin).
Thermographic research was carried out in a special darkened room at 20-22 ° C with preliminary adaptation of the examined person for 15-20 minutes. At the beginning, a thermographic probe of the original infrared radiation of the extremities is carried out (before the administration of a therapeutic dose of the hypoglycemic agent). Patients are then given glucose-lowering drugs (insulin) in an individually selected therapeutic dosage and a thermographic examination of the extremities is again carried out for 40-60 minutes (during this period the patient receives breakfast) Diabetic angiopathy is ascertained if the temperature of the examined area is increased after the injection of the sugar-reducing agent.
Observations of a group of 22 patients with various forms of diabetes mellitus, the evaluation of the state of peripheral blood circulation

му способу, установлено, что исходные термогранмы рук и ног (до введени инсулина) у больных сахарны;- диабетом характеризуютс симметричнойmethod, it was found that the initial thermograms of the arms and legs (before the introduction of insulin) in patients with sugar; diabetes is characterized by a symmetrical

Способ обладает специфическим эффектом, дает возможность вы вл ть ангиопатические наоушени до про влени манифестации других клини ,ческих признаков болезни, что позвол ет очень рано и с хорошими результатами проводить рациональное лечение и наблюдение больных сахарным диабетом .The proposed method is physiologically logical, it is absolutely harmless to patients and can be repeated many times, eliminating the need for additional medications, which eliminates the risk of side reactions of the L1x reactions. The method has a specific effect, makes it possible to detect angiopathic exercises before manifestation of other clinical signs of the disease, which makes it possible to carry out rational treatment and observation of diabetic patients very early and with good results.
