Abstract
Изобретение относитс к очистке сточных вод кожевенных заводов, преимущественно стока танидного дублени от органических веществ, и позвол ет увеличить степень очистки. Дл осуществлени способа отработанный дубильный раствор смачивают с молочной сыворрткой. В полученную смесь добавл ют гидроокись кальци до рН 9-10. Раствор перемепйвают и отдел ют осадок центрифугированием. Дл доочистки сточных вод осветленную жидкость фильтруют через активированный уголь. Способ позвол ет достичь степени очистки танидссдержащих сточных вод по ХПК 73,7% и по танидам 89%. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 1 табл.The invention relates to the treatment of wastewater of tanneries, mainly the drainage of tannin tanning from organic matter, and allows an increase in the degree of purification. СП Изобретение относитс к очистке сточных вод кожевенных заводов, пре имущественно стока танидного дублени . Цель изобретени - повышение сте пени очистки сточных вод от танндов Пример 1. Отработанный дубильный раствор смешивают с молочной сывороткой. Раствор сыворотки составл ет 1 г белков на 1 г дуб щих веществ. В полученную смесь добавл ют гидроокись кальци до рН 8 9; 10; 11,5; 12. Раствор перемешивают в течение 30 мин. Укрупненны 11 хлопь отдел ют от жидкости центрифугированием в течение 5 мин при числе оборотов 8000 об/мин. Осветленную жидкость доочищают от органических примесей путем фильтрации через активированный уголь. Минимальное врем контакта составл ет 10 мин. Показатели, характеризующие исходный отработанный дубильный раствор , следующие: ХПК 190 г/л, содержание танидов 83,2 г/л.
