Изобретение относитс к мрталлур- гни цветных металлов, в частности к процессам получени свинца из низкосортных сульфатных видов сырь .The invention relates to nonferrous metal production, in particular, to processes for the production of lead from low-grade sulphate raw materials.
The purpose of the invention is to save electricity, simplify technology and improve environmental protection.
Example 1. The oxide-sulphate product of a battery scrap cutting workshop in the amount of 38.25 tons of dry weight, humidity 12%, containing,%: lead 71.12, sulfur 6.6, sulfur sulfate 6.58, treated with a solution 180-190 g / l of sodium carbonate, 0.163 tons of sodium carbonate at a consumption of 1 ton of the oxide-sulphate product, at 22 C. Treatment is carried out in an industrial 5 m condenser, the residence time of the product in the reaction zone is 10 -30 min. The bottom discharge of the thickener is filtered on a drum vacuum filter. The filtered product in the amount of 35.7 tons on a dry weight, moisture content 13.5%, containing,%: lead 74.42, sulfur total 0.96, sulfur sulfate 0.87, mixed with 7.0 tons of turnover) 1Oh dust electric furnaces, 2.5 tons of sodium carbonate and 1.0 tons of lime. The resulting mixture is granulated in an industrial drum granulator, the granules are dried to a moisture content of 0.5-1.0%. Dried granules with a moisture content of 0-2% melt without clapping and emissions in a three electrode electric furnace with a bottom area of 7.5 m. The granules are fed to the furnace simultaneously with the metal fraction of battery scrap. All the obtained granulated product and 30 tons of metal fraction are melted during the operation of an industrial three-electrode electric furnace in the usual mode (temperature 1050-1100 С), used to melt the metaplastic fraction, but without introducing into the process fluxes and powdered lead-containing product in separate portions. MI, fluxes and pulverized lead-containing product are introduced during granulation into the composition of the granulated material and fed to smelting in its composition. When smelting, a rough lead lead and galaxy are obtained, containing not more than 1.2% of lead.
