Изобретение относитс к рыбному хоз йству, а имейно к рыбоводству, и может быть использовано при завод ском разведении рыб дл стимул ции лового созревани самцов путем гипо физарных инъекций. Цель изобретени - снижение расхода гипофизов. Способ .осз ествл ют следующим образом. Заготавливают гипофиз половозрелого сазана,обезжиривают его в ацетоне , высушивают в затемненном месте на фильтровальной бумаге. Затем гипофиз раздел ют на две симметри ные части .вдоль длинной оси и от- . дел ют заднюю долю гипофиза по обнажившейс Гипофизарной щели. Перед нюю и заднюю доли гипофизов хран т раздельно. Длительное хранение обеи долей осуществл ют при низкой влажности (0-5%) в эксикаторе либо в присутствии вещества с большой гигроскопичностью . Хранение до 12 мес цев в виде глицеринового раствора концентрацией 5-30 мг/л. Доза каждого из препаратов и соо ветственно необходима концентраци например глицеринового раствора, ра считываетс по формуле: Ex f x-Ii где DXискома доза гипофиза; 2,общеприн та производствен на доза целого гипофизаJ удельный коэффициент массы искомого препарата в целом гипофизе. Дл самцов осетровых средний К изолированной задней доли гипофиза равен О,16tO,OA. Минимальна доза препарата изолированной доли .гипофиза дл одного самца севрюги - 5 мг получена при ее отделении от дозы целого гипофиза - 30 мг. Дл инъекций используют шприц типа Рекорд. Инъецирование провод т на столе с м гким покрытием. После инъекции самцов помещают в садки дл созревани . Задн дол гипофиза не содержит гонадотропного гормона, вызывающего спермиацию у самцов, но в ее сое тав входит нейрогормон, которьй вызывает тоническое сокращение гладкомышечных элементов половых желез 72 у самцов только в IV стадии половой зрелости. Пример. Гипофиз сазана, обезжиренный в ацетоне, высушенный в затемненном месте, раздел ли на две симметричные части и отдел ли заднюю долю гипофиза по обнажившейс гипофизарной щели. Переднюю и заднюю доли гипофиза хранили раздельно либо в эксикаторе, в сухом виде, либо в виде глицеринового раствора, концентрацией 5-30 мг/л. Дл инъекций Дозу каждого из препаратов рассчитывали по Формуле: искома доза препарата,общеприн та производственна доза целого гипофиза; удельный коэффициент массы искомого препарата в целом гипофизе. Дл самцов осетровых средний К изолированной задней доли гипофиза равен 0,16+ 0,04. Препаратом задней доли гипофиза инъекцировали 20 самцов севрюги в IV стадии зрелости половых продуктов , в расчете 5-20 мг на одного самца. Из них доброкачественно созрели 17 самцов. Процент икры, оплодотворенной этой спермой, достиг 81,7. Дл сравнени результатов стимул ции созревани производителей препаратами задней доли гипофиза, изолированной передней доли гипофиза и целого гипофиза приведена таблица, из которой видно, что качество созревших половых продуктов (процент икры, оплодотворенной спермой ) , полученных от стимул ции препаратом задней доли гипофиза всех 9 самцов IV стадии зрелости половых продуктов карпа и 17 самцов IV стадии зрелости половых продуктов севрюги, не отличались от контрольных (целый гипофиз и изолированна передн дол ), причем средний расход исходного препарата целого гипофиза на одну родительскзпо пару значительно сокращаетс .
