Известны способы изготовлени древесной прессовочной массы, включающие измельчение отходов древесин нанесение на них св зующего и сушку 1 и 2. Однако известные способы не позвол ют получить прессуемые издели с высокими прочностными характеристиками . Г Цель изобретени - повышение прочности прессуемых изделий путем снижени проникновени св зующего в древесные частицы. Поставленна цель достигаетс тем, что отходы древесины измельчаю в две стадии - по ширине с получением древесной соломки, затем нанос т 25 мых изделий. 692 на нее св зующее и сушат, после чйго древесную соломку измельчают по длине . Способ осуществл ют следующим образом. Провод т приготовление древесной прессовочной массы (МДП) из отходов шпона толщиной 1,15 мм, длиной 1,5м и щириной до 100 мм, которые раздавливают по ширине на соломку диаметром 0,2-0,5 мм и длиной 1,5 мм, после чего на них нанос т св зующее при помощи обрезиненных вальцов. Соломку , покрытую св зую1цим, высушивают и измельчают по длине до размеров 25 30 мм. При содержании св зующего и добавок, как в МДПК-В ГОСТ 11368-79, из полученного материала прессуют образцы при стандартных режимах прессовани , рекомендуемых дл МДП. Состав прессуегчых изделий и их свойства представлены в таблице. It is carried out the preparation of wood compacting mass (MDP) from waste veneer with a thickness of 1.15 mm, a length of 1.5 m and a width of up to 100 mm, which are crushed across the width of a straw with a diameter of 0.2-0.5 mm and a length of 1.5 mm, after which a binder is applied to them using rubber-coated rollers. The straw covered with bond is dried and crushed to a length of 25-30 mm. When the content of the binder and additives, as in MDPK-V GOST 11368-79, from the obtained material, the samples are pressed under standard pressing modes recommended for MDP. The composition of press products and their properties are presented in the table. Thus, the invention improves the strength of the press.
