Claims (15)
- METODA ZA PROIZVODNJO SUSPENZIJE, KI VSEBUJE MATERIAL, KI VSEBUJE KALCIJEV KARBONAT PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Metoda za proizvodnjo materiala, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, postopek vsebuje sledeče korake a) pridobimo vsaj dve vodni suspenziji, ki vsebujeta material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, pri čemer i) prva vodna suspenzija ima vsebnost trdnih delcev od 1,0 do 82,0 utežnih odstotkov glede na celotno maso vodne suspenzije in vsebnost delcev, ki imajo velikost delcev < 2 pm v razponu od 1,0 do 30,0 utežnih odstotkov; in ii) druga vodna suspenzija ima vsebnost trdnih delcev od 10,0 do 82,0 utežnih odstotkov glede na celotno maso vodne suspenzije in vsebnost delcev, ki imajo velikost delcev < 2 pm v razponu od > 30,0 do 100,0 utežnih odstotkov; b) zmešamo vsaj dve vodni suspenziji, pridobljeni pri koraku a), da dobimo mešanico vodnih suspenzij; c) zmeljemo mešanico vodnih suspenzij, pridobljeno pri koraku mešanja b).
- 2. Postopek po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da se doda vsaj eno disperzijsko sredstvo vsaj eni od vsaj dveh vodnih suspenzij, pridobljenih pri koraku a) in/ali mešanici vodnih suspenzij, pridobljeni pri koraku mešanja b).
- 3. Postopek po zahtevku 2, označen s tem, da je vsaj eno disperzijsko sredstvo izbrano iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo natrij, kalij, kalcij, magnezij, litij, stroncij, primarni amin, sekundarni amin, terciarni amin in/ali amonijeve soli, pri čemer so aminske soli linearne ali ciklične, iz vsaj delno nevtraliziranih homopolimerov ali kopolimerov (met)akrilne kisline, maleinske kisline, fumarne kisline, itakonske kisline in derivatov teh kislin, po možnosti estrov ali amidov, kot na primer metilmetakrilat, metilakrilat, akrilamid, natrij vodikov fosfat ali polifosfati, kot na primer alkalipolifosfati, karboksimetilceluloza, sterični dispergator, razvejani polimeri in/ali mešanice le-teh, po možnosti ima natrijev poliakrilat molekulsko maso Mw od 4000 do 10000 g/mol, po možnosti od 4000 do 8000 g/mol in najbolje okoli 6000 g/mol.
- 4. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je BET specifična površina i) material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat v vodni mešanici suspenzij, ki se pridobi s korakom mletja c) ima BET specifično površino med 0,1 in 30,0 m2/g, po možnosti med 1,0 in 20,0 m2/g, raje med 2,0 in 14,0 m2/g in najraje med 8,0 in 10,0 m2/g, izmerjeno z uporabo dušika in BET metode po ISO 9277, in/ali ii) material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat v vodni mešanici suspenzij, ki se pridobi s korakom mletja c) ima BET specifično površino med 0,1 in 2,0 m2/g, po možnosti med 1,0 in 1,5 m2/g in raje med 0,2 in 1,0 m2/g nižje kot BET specifična površina materiala, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, ki se proizvede s postopkom, pri katerem se uporablja voda namesto druge vodne suspenzije.
- 5. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je Brookfieldova viskoznost mešanice vodnih suspenzij, pridobljene pri koraku mletja c) med 50 in 5000 mPa*s, po možnosti med 75 in 1500 mPa.s in najraje med 150 in 500 mPa*s.
- 6. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da ima material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat v vodni mešanici suspenzij, ki se pridobi s korakom mletja c) i) največjo velikost delca dgs - 50,0 pm, po možnosti £ 20,0 pm in najraje £ 10,0 pm in/ali ii) masno srednjo velikosti delca cfeo med 0,1 in 10,0 pm, po možnosti med 0,5 in 5,0 pm in najraje med 1,0 in 2,0 pm.
- 7. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsebnost trdnih delcev i) prve vodne suspenzije od 30,0 do 78 utežnih odstotkov in po možnosti od 50,0 do 76,0 utežnih odstotkov glede na celotno maso vodne suspenzije in/ali ii) druge vodne suspenzije od 30,0 do 40 utežnih odstotkov in po možnosti od 34,0 do 43,0 utežnih odstotkov glede na celotno maso vodne suspenzije in/ali iii) mešanice vodnih suspenzij pridobljene pri koraku mletja c) od 20,0 do 80 utežnih odstotkov in po možnosti od 50,0 do 62,0 utežnih odstotkov na podlagi celotne mase vodne suspenzije.
- 8. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da je vsaj ena od vsaj dveh vodnih suspenzij, pridobljenih pri koraku a) podvržena koraku koncentracije, po možnosti mehaničnemu odstranjevanju vode s pomočjo usedanja, ali prisilnega usedanja s centrifugo.

- 10. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da vsaj dve vodni suspenziji, pridobljeni pri koraku a), vsebujeta prvo in drugo vodno suspenzijo v količini več kot 10,0 utežnih odstotkov, po možnosti več kot 30,0 utežnih odstotkov, raje več kot 60 utežnih odstotkov in najraje več kot 65,0 utežnih odstotkov.
- 11. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da sta vsaj dve vodni suspenziji, pridobljeni pri koraku a), sestavljeni iz prve in druge vodne suspenzije.
- 12. Postopek po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, označen s tem, da postopek nadalje vsebuje vsaj en korak d) koncentracije mešanice vodnih suspenzij, pridobljene pri koraku mletja c), da se odstrani vsaj del vode z mehaničnimi sredstvi in/ali toplotnimi sredstvi.
- 13. Postopek po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1 do 12, označen s tem, da postopek nadalje vsebuje sledeče korake: e) sušenje mešanice vodnih suspenzij, pridobljene pri koraku mletja c), ali mešanice vodnih suspenzij, pridobljene pri koraku mletja d), da se odstrani vsaj del vode, da se dobi material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, ki ima deloma odstranjeno vodo, ali da se pridobi suh material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat; in opcijsko f) obdelava posušenega materiala, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, pridobljenega pri koraku e), z vsaj enim disperzijskim sredstvom in ponovno razredčenje le-tega, da se dobi vodna suspenzija, ki vsebuje dispergirani material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, in/ali g) obdelava posušenega materiala, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, pridobljenega pri koraku e), z vsaj eno nasičeno alifatsko linearno ali razvejano karboksilno kislino in/ali z vsaj enim mono-substituiranim jantarnim anhidridom in/ali z vsaj eno mono-substituirano jantarno kislino in/ali slanim(i) reakcijskim(i) produktom(i) in/ali z vsaj eno fosforjevo kislinsko estersko mešanico enega ali več mono-estrov fosforjeve kisline in/ali reakcijskimi produkti le-teh in/ali z enim ali več di-estri fosforjeve kisline in/ali reakcijskimi produkti le-teh, da se pridobi hidrofobiziran material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat.
- 14. Material, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat, pridobljen s postopkom po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1 do 13.
- 15. Uporaba materiala, ki vsebuje kalcijev karbonat po zahtevku 14 za papirno polnilo in premazih za papir, v plastičnih premazih, v barvah, v lepilih, v tesnilih, v betonu, v kmetijskih premazih, v prehranskih premazih, v kozmetičnih premazih ali v farmacevtskih premazih.
