Claims (16)
- METODA ZA USTVARJANJE SKRITEGA VZORCA PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI1. Metoda za ustvarjanje skritega vzorca na substratu, ki je neviden, ko se ga gleda pod prvim kotom, glede na površino substrata in viden, ko se ga gleda pod drugim kotom, glede na površino substrata, metoda vsebuje sledeče korake: a) priskrbimo substrat, pri čemer substrat vsebuje vsaj eno zunanjo površino, ki vsebuje alkalno ali zemljoalkalijsko spojino, ki lahko tvori sol, pri čemer je alkalna ali zemljoalkalijska spojina, ki lahko tvori sol, alkalni ali zemljoalkalijski hidroksid, alkalni ali zemljoalkalijski bikarbonat, alkalni ali zemljoalkalijski karbonat, ali mešanica le-teh, b) priskrbimo tekoči sestavek za obdelavo, ki vsebuje vsaj eno kislino, in c) nanesemo tekoči sestavek za obdelavo na vsaj eno zunanjo površino v obliki vnaprej izbranega vzorca z brizgalnim tiskanjem, da se oblikuje skrit vzorec, pri čemer se tekoči sestavek za obdelavo nanese v obliki kapljic, ki imajo prostornino, ki je manjša ali enaka 1000 pl, in pri čemer je razmik med kapljicami manjši ali enak 1000 pm.
- 2. Metoda po zahtevku 1, pri čemer je vsaj ena zunanja površina pri koraku a) v obliki laminata ali premaznega sloja, ki vsebuje alkalno ali zemljoalkalijsko spojino, ki lahko tvori sol.
- 3. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer je substrat izbran iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo papir, karton, valovita lepenka, plastika, netkani materiali, celofan, tekstil, les, kovina, steklo, plošče iz kalij aluminijevega silikata, marmor, kalcit, nitroceluloza, naravni kamen, kompozitni kamen, opeka, beton in laminati ali kompoziti le-teh, po možnosti papir, karton, valovita lepenka ali plastika.
- 4. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer sta vsaj ena zunanja površina in substrat pri koraku a) narejena iz istega materiala.
- 5. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer je alkalna ali zemljoalkalijska spojina, ki lahko tvori sol, alkalni ali zemljoalkalijski karbonat in je po možnosti izbran izmed sledečih: litijev karbonat, natrijev karbonat, kalijev karbonat, magnezijev karbonat, kalcij magnezijev karbonat, kalcijev karbonat, ali mešanice le-teh, še raje je alkalna ali zemljoalkalijska spojina, ki lahko tvori sol, kalcijev karbonat, najraje je alkalna ali zemljoalkalijska spojina, ki lahko tvori sol, zmleti kalcijev karbonat, oborjen kalcijev karbonat in/ali površinsko obdelani kalcijev karbonat.
- 6. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer je vsaj ena kislina izbrana iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo klorovodikova kislina, žveplova kislina, žveplasta kislina, fosforjeva kislina, citronska kislina, oksalna kislina, ocetna kislina, mravljična kislina, sulfaminska kislina, vinska kislina, fitinska kislina, borova kislina, jantarna kislina, suberinska kislina, benzojska kislina, adipinska kislina, pimelinska kislina, azelainska kislina, sebacinska kislina, izocitronska kislina, akonitna kislina, propan-1,2,3-trikarboksilna kislina, trimesična kislina, glikolna kislina, mlečna kislina, mandljeva kislina, kislinske organožveplove spojine, kislinske organofosforne spojine in mešanice le-teh, po možnosti je vsaj ena kislina izbrana izmed iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo klorovodikova kislina, žveplova kislina, žveplasta kislina, fosforjeva kislina, oksalna kislina, borova kislina, suberinska kislina, jantarna kislina, sulfaminska kislina, vinska kislina in mešanice le-teh, še raje je vsaj ena kislina izbrana iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo žveplova kislina, fosforjeva kislina, borova kislina, suberinska kislina, sulfaminska kislina, vinska kislina in mešanice le-teh in najraje je vsaj ena kislina fosforjeva kislina in/ali žveplova kislina.
- 7. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer sestavek za tekočinsko obdelavo nadalje vsebuje fluorescenčno barvilo, fosforescentno barvilo, barvilo, ki vpija ultravijolično sevanje, barvilo, ki vpija sevanje v bližini infrardečega, termokromno barvilo, halokromno barvilo, kovinske ione, prehodne kovinske ione, magnetne delce in mešanice le-teh.
- 8. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer sestavek za tekočinsko obdelavo vsebuje kislino v količini od 0,1 do 100 utežnih odstotkov, temelječ na celotni masi sestavka za tekočinsko obdelavo, po možnosti v količini od 1 do 80 utežnih odstotkov, raje v količini od 3 do 60 utežnih odstotkov in najraje v količini od 10 do 50 utežnih odstotkov.
- 9. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer je vnaprej izbrani vzorec enodimenzionalna črtna koda, dvodimenzionalna črtna koda, tridimenzionalna črtna koda, varnostna oznaka, številka, črka, alfanumerični simbol, logotip, slika, oblika ali dizajn.
- 10. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer imajo kapljice prostornino od 500 pl do 1 fl, po možnosti od 100 pl do 10fl, raje od 50 pl do 100 fl, najraje od 10 pl do 1 pl.
- 11. Metoda po katerem koli od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer je razmik med kapljicami od 10 nm do 500 pm, po možnosti od 100 nm do 300 pm, raje od 1 pm do 200 pm, najraje 5 pm do 100 pm.
- 12. Substrat, ki vsebuje skrit vzorec, ki je neviden, ko se ga gleda pod prvim kotom glede na površino substrata in viden, ko se ga gleda pod drugim kotom glede na površino substrata, ki se ga pridobi po metodi po katerem koli od zahtevkov 1 do 11, pri čemer skriti vzorec vsebuje sol kisline alkalne ali zemljoalkalijske spojine, ki lahko tvori sol.
- 13. Substrat po zahtevku 12, pri čemer se skriti vzorec razlikuje od vsaj ene zunanje površine po grobosti površine, sijaju, vpojnosti svetlobe, elektromagnetnem radiacijskem odsevu, fluorescenci, fosforescenci, magnetnih lastnostih, električni prevodnosti, belini in/ali svetlosti.
- 14. Proizvod, ki vsebuje substrat po katerem koli od zahtevkov 12 do 14, pri čemer je proizvod označeni proizvod, varnostni dokument, ne-varnostni dokument ali dekorativni proizvod, po možnosti je proizvod parfum, zdravilo, tobačni proizvod, pripravek z alkoholom, steklenica, oblačilo, embalaža, vsebnik, športni artikel, igrača, igra, mobilni telefon, CD, DVD, blue ray plošča, stroj, orodje, avtomobilski del, nalepka, etiketa, oznaka, značka, poster, potni list, vozniško dovoljenje, bančna kartica, kreditna kartica, obveznica, vstopnica, davčni kolek, bankovec, certifikat, značka za avtorizacijo blagovne znamke, poslovna vizitka, voščilnica ali tapete.
- 16. Uporaba substrata po katerem koli od zahtevkov 12 do 14 pri varnostnih aplikacijah, pri odkritih varnostnih elementih, pri skritih varnostnih elementih, pri varovanju blagovne znamke, pri mikronapisu, pri mikro podobi, pri dekorativnih aplikacijah, pri umetniških aplikacijah, pri vizualnih aplikacijah ali pri aplikacijah za pakiranje.
