Abstract

The combustion chamber comprises a main chamber (2), an inlet and an outlet for gases (4,6), a burner (8) near a high temp. zone (2a), and a component (14) near the burner for feed of secondary air. The combustion chamber is formed with at least one limiting part (12) in the high temp. zone. The limiting part comprises a pref. circular opening and divides the main chamber into primary and secondary chambers, so that beyond the limiting part a good mixture is obtained between the gases and the sec. air. The limiting part is movably arranged in the main chamber longitudinal direction, and secondary air is supplied via directable nozzles (16) near the burner.
