Abstract

Flue gas (5) and the insert material (6) leave the combustion chamber (1) as a mixture. The insert material is so conducted into the burning zone of the burner flame (4) by compressed air that a disturbance-free burning of the burner flame is guaranteed. A ring gap (8) between the combustion chamber wall (2) and an additional outer chamber (9) contributes to the flame burning in a disturbance-free manner. The insert material is tangentially conducted into the combustion chamber and the ring gap so that through a ''cyclone effect'' it slides along the combustion chamber wall and the outer chamber. There is no connection between the combustion chamber and the ring gap so that the insert material and flue gas are fed separately.
